Her steadfastness for job search is unequivocal and in my opinion, she should be commended for it. She was reachable and swift to respond to emails. Having said that, I want to say thank you to her for all her efforts and to the entire team. Great work done. May 18,2024Overall pretty good customer service, polite, well-trained, and experienced from my case worker (Lisa). I would mention that the costs do gradually build up so make sure to ask for the costs of everything from the start as there are some fees you might not see until the end of the visa process.
