Jul 03,2024J'avais un problème avec mon dossier sur le site du gouvernement (un document mal rempli qui bloquais ma démarche). un conseiller à passer quasiment 50 minutes au téléphone avec moi pour résoudre ce soucis et soumettre ma demande au gouvernement Canadien. je recommande donc grandement et les remercie.

The help that I was seeking was provided effectively in the way that works best for my needs. I had been looking for information and not anticipating a call, so Mark did a great job of making me feel okay about that.

Jun 17,2024L'équipe de UIS à été très performante dans la prise en charge de mon dossier pour retourner travailler au Canada. Le 23 mai 2024, j'ai pris contact avec UIS et le 16 juin 2024, mon dossier était approuvé au gouvernement soit environ 3 semaines. Ils ont été tout le long disponible pour répondre aux questions et très réactif. Merci.

Jul 06,2024Bonjour, Ma fille a rencontré de nombreuses difficultés pour obtenir son visa d'étudiant pour le Canada. UIS a su l'accompagner et nous rassurer dans tous les démarches. Ils ont été très efficaces et très serviables. Un vrai sens du service et de la relation client. Et même lorsque la prestation a été réalisée, ils ont continué à réaliser du service après vente. Vraiment au top ! Le service est largement au niveau du tarif. Bravo à cette équipe.
