Mar 06,2024We used this service for my husbands PR and my children’s citizenships. We were estimated 18 months/2 years for all to be completed and it was closer to the 2 year mark. Originally started out with someone who misguided us, only focusing on my husbands PR. Which ended up costing us more money for my child’s paperwork and more time for completion. Follow up was suppose to happen through accounts but never completed. Eventually our case was delegated into Karen’s hands to which everything seemed more streamlined. This process is extremely stressful and time sensitive. We felt better guided with Karen.
