I bought a product for £9.95 which proved to be unsuitable. I can't use it, will never use it and would like a refund. Its like trying to draw teeth whilst they have agreed I can have a refund I have to go through some silly ritual whereby the company sells my product (key) the next customer downloads it and only then can I get my money back ! Strange but true !

I have just ordered and had my order shipped I had small problems here and there but Alex. P helped me deal with them quickly and got everything back on track he helped me get back into my account after it was locked and also emailed me to inform me of what was needing to be done for my package to be shipped as soon as the problem presented it self. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I will definitely be concidering buying from this website again

Check out their postcode with google.... It seems they're trading at a dubius location in London. 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU is associated with fraud. Check out the government web site. gov dot uk /government/news/high-court-orders-six-more-bogus-multi-million-pound-companies-into-liquidation

Purchased MS office last week for my daughter, Difficult time with installation, rang up uktechstore and they were able to guide us through the seemingly easy process of installation over the microsoft site. Well done guys, thumbs up! They have been around for awhile now and so have become one of my go to shops.

Bought office 365 from these guys and microsoft does not recognise the key given me. You can't reach them on the phone and still awaiting reply to my email. I have been conned of £36 as the product was reduced. Unbelievable!! I have had to review my review as having spoken to Microsoft, the key given me by UKtechstore is actually genuine. The problem was with the email sign up with Microsoft. Changed the email used during download and this may have affected it. Anyway, Microsoft supported me in finishing the download. Working fine now.

I was worried a bit about the review with the Key on 365 Office. I had no issue. First of all, about the reviews, getting a key and AFTER 1+ year trying to register again the software and fail, is not way proof the seller done something bad. you could loose you key in thousands of ways. Suggestion, for the particular product, link it to a Microsoft email account and you will activate it through that. The key can not be stolen, is used in anyway from someone else, you will know and you will have proper support from MS. Key worked fine here, they sent it to me 45 minutes after they opened. Oh, someone said, why they open mid day? Well use your brains, they deal with foreign countries, they are in foreign country, there can be lot of reasons. I care i get my product at a £25+ discount. Finally, because I was indeed worried about the bad reviews, I sent an email, and i got a response 20 minutes past their opening time. So relax, the guys are genuine, and save you lot of money.

I have been using the company to buy servers/software for years now (since 2011 to be exact). Throughout this time all my orders have been delivered within the time frame specified (at times I wish the info was instant, however am more than willing to wait an hour if that means I get the product for around 20% cheaper than anywhere else), any issues have always been extremely minor (a typing error here and there) and then dealt with swiftly. Previously the old website was a but clunky and awkward to use, however this has now been fixed with the updated web store now online. I have recommended them many times in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

I bought some software from them today.... It has taken half a day to get an email with the activation code!!!! Be wary of this company, they will deliver what they say but be prepared to wait. Their website states they open at midday (who opens at midday other than takeaway???) Their Facebook profile states they open at 14:30. I am pretty sure its a one man band and he will open when he/she can drag themselves out of bed. I wish I had read the reviews first.... lesson learnt for next time. Always check reviews to let yourself know what you are getting into. Some of the reviews here and elsewhere on the internet make for harsh reading. Business owner should read these, take note and then put an action plan into place to recify their business before they lose it once and for all.

Purchased a downloadable product recently. The company do clearly state that the download info can take up to 12 hours, however once this time had expired I was not happy so contacted them (not the most happily written emails...). Within a few minutes I received two emails (one from a sales team and one from an individual employee) informing me that all info had been sent shortly after my order was placed. They suggested checking my junk folder, which lo and behold was holding all required info. Software is now downloaded, registered with Microsoft and being used with no issues! So thank you for your help.

As the title states, the code provided to me to download and activate MS Office 365 had already been used! How can these guys have been operating so long and still get away with this. Only wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

It's a con plain and simple the guys running this site are just thieves. I purchased a 1 year subscription to Microsoft Office 365. They sent me a key which wouldn't work so I got in touch and they suggested getting support from Microsoft. Microsoft told me the key I was trying to use had already been redeemed in 2014. Since then I have had no contact or reply from UK tech store despite numerous calls (they never answer) and emails. I have had to start a claim with my bank to try and recover my money.

No complaints at all. Was directed to the site from a Google ad. After a quick browse of their entire product range, I simply added the Microsoft Office to my basket, went through the standard online checkout process and received an email containing all relevant download information on the same day. Simple process and (most importantly) great pricing are big positives

I purchased a Microsoft office license for my new laptop at UK Techstore on 7th April 2015, the reason was the £80+ saving when compared to the purchase price direct from Microsoft and other retailers. That was a BIG mistake. Last weekend the hard drive went on my laptop and I discovered to my horror that the unique pin code for my Microsoft Office license has been used so many times, Microsoft refused to allow me to re install from the pin code. As I have only ever Inputted the code once and never shared it with anyone, nor has my email account been hacked at any time.....UK Techstore must have sold the pin code on to other people: incidentally, Microsoft are already aware of these issues with UK Techstore. I had to re- purchase a license when I should have been able to re input the code I purchased last April so yet another expense meaning that the £80 saving was worthless.... Please think carefully before you buy from this outfit.

I purchased a download copy of Microsoft Office. An order confirmation was sent immediately via email and was then shortly followed by another email containing the download instructions and activation key. Following the instructions was easy enough and the software is now installed and registered with Microsoft. Is great to be able to purchase this software at an affordable price

My experience was delightful in that the process was a breeze from making the purchasing, to receiving confirmation and then finally my download with the information and product key on how to set everything up. All is working and will recommend to anyone looking for a great outfit to do business with. They have been around for awhile so this reassured me.

UKTechStore... As an Apple-ite of more than ten years, I am guilty of always being suspicious when getting a bargain. When it comes to technology, my purchases have to be charged at a premium... If I'm not being ripped off on price and taken to the cleaners, then I'm not comfortable with what I doubt is a legitimate copy. I want whatever product it is, served up to me by a polite young nerd who wears a Superdry/Abercrombie sponsorship, like I wear cynicism. The kind of kid who's got a face that I can recall and hunt down if anything goes wrong... My computer related purchases need to be picked up from one of those aluminium clad temples, we see erected monthly in every major city as tributes to the Apple god, somewhere familiar, nearby and above all, accessible. This is how I shopped for tech previously and in retrospect... I was a moron. How much money have I wasted on perception? Our PC cousins by nature are foragers... They go trawling the net like militant pathfinders, picking scents up on deals with the same ease, as I use breathing... Using every available source at their disposal to keep their ramshackle notebooks and desktops ahead of the curve, not having to wait bi-annually for serious increments in performance. They're an inventive, eccentric lot that look beyond the veneer of style over substance purchases... Well in most part. UKTechStore seemed a bit suspect for this Anglo Saxon, Bucks resident, but I liked the way their sales team (Tom Horwood in this case), responded to my emails and I let my instincts and my bank account dictate, that I could afford to take the plunge on a copy of CS6 Master Collection and if it didn't arrive, it wouldn't be the end of the world. Some guy here in the UK, tried selling me a copy of this software for £3000 and by comparison, the £1500 I was being charged for the boxed edition at UKTechStore seemed like a no brainer. I made the order Thursday, they took the money out of my bank on a Monday and I'd installed everything Master Collection related and registered with Adobe on Tuesday. What was the downside of this purchase??? Got to give a bit of balance... FedEx aren't the most dexterous handlers of official Adobe branded cardboard packaging. I can understand why some other online retailers, repackage these items in plastic cases, as there is the worry of potential damage. UKTechStore does not adhere to this, as they prolly want you to know, you're getting the official goods from the ground up. Product was as advertised, registered with Adobe and had zero probs. Delivery was expedient and beyond my expectations and the service, via email was friendly and helpful. I didn't have a chance to track my parcel as it arrived before the thought occurred to me. Great stuff from a great team.
