The sales visit was concise, clear and provided all the information requested and details of the options available, resulting in a quotation for the supply and installation of the Water Softener of our choice. Following on, a date was agreed for the installation and this was conducted by a very competent engineer.Conducting the installation with minimal fuss and intrusion. Overall it was a pleasing experience dealing with this Company.

Jan 14,2022UK Water Softeners are an excellent family run business, who were very professional, provided several different options and recommended which would be best for my home. They also swapped out the tablet bags I had with a complimentary set of salt block packs, which was great to get me going! What stood out the most was they also gave a mini PowerPower point presentation when they arrived about the business and this helped solidify their professionalism and respect for the buyer's decision making. I couldn't recommend them enough! 5* !

Oct 16,2021We used this company recently when our water softener began giving us issues. Regeneration taking hours and wasting gallons of water. They attended promptly and diagnosed the issue. They explained the options and cost implications. We chose to have the softener refurbished. They completed this very quickly and at the price they quoted. Staff were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We made our decision to purchase from UK Water Softeners and within the same week Andrew was installing and commissioning the new system. Great service and very professionally handled by the team. We had previously asked 2 other companies for a quote and they had told us it would be impossible due our house renovation. But Andrew made it possible for us, he was thorough and explained exactly how it could be done. No fuss at all. Also, on the day we had Pete come to set everything up for us and he was punctual, polite and such a clean worker.
