Mar 08,2023super efficient, the installation was done with great care by a friendly experienced technician. after the installation, immediately test the water from my taps and all stainless steel and mirror with no more dirty marks again. Very satisfied and money valued.

Mar 05,2023I have delayed writing this review for two months as I wished to see whether there would be any noticeable improvement to our water supply. The answer to this is a resounding ‘Yes’. There is now no sign of limescale and the quality of the water for showering and washing has improved beyond measure. I am grateful to Sarah for providing such an honest, straightforward service and to Pete for his professionalism when installing the product. I only wish I had taken the latter’s advice and had a Surestop stopcock fitted whilst the installation took place. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Feb 08,2023In order to replace my old water softener, I looked for options available in the market. One of my friends gave me reference of UK water softener. I emailed Sarah Thomas, who promptly replied and arranged a meeting. On the day, she came with softner models and explained everything in detail. Provided all the information in a pack including salt refill prices. A really professional approach. Once I confirmed the softner model, I was given the appointment for fitting in the softner without much delay. On the day, Steve came on time and fixed the softner without much fuss. Provided all the information needed to know and left two bags of salt blocks. The infinity softener so far has shown great result. Water stains have almost gone. I highly recommend UK water softener to everyone. I had called other companies and they came without any models to show and even without any information booklets.

Feb 07,2023Excellent service! I recently relocated to this area with my Harvey water softener. I have been looking for a local installer to reinstall my kit. From quote to install it all happened within a week! Sarah's quote was clear and detailed, Steve who came to install my softener has done a great job. They definitely know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them even if you have a 3rd party kit needing to reinstall within this area.

Jan 09,2023Highly recommend UK Water Softeners - from the initial online query, to installation and beyond the service has been efficient, timely, polite and friendly. Sarah was informative and explained all the options clearly when she came out to see us, and left us to review the options available with no pressure to order. She answered queries and even dealt with a last minute change from us the afternoon before installation brilliantly. Steve who carried out the installation was polite, clean, tidy and kept us informed of his progress and checked in with us on all our requirements before anything was completed. Since the installation last week, we've had contact to ensure everything is OK. Having the softened water has made such a difference already, so I'd thoroughly recommend one, and to use UK Water Softeners to supply, install and order salt from.

This visit was done promptly and another appointment was quickly scheduled to install the new water softener and to relocate the taps for easy access. The installation was carried out smoothly.

Despite the company having to order it direct from the suppliers to send to me, before sending it to me, they were happy to accept it back without charging me . Excellent customer service and care

Oct 11,2022Great local company! Sarah surveyed my requirements and arranged installation within the next day. Installed by Pete who was very professional in technical execution and pleasant demeanor. He explained how the softener works and everything else I need to know about its upkeep. Installation completed within the agreed timeframe despite pipework needing modification. He left the installation site tidy and clean. Within a few days after, Andrew (Service/Installations) got in touch to advise me of my salt order being underway; delivered by another pleasant gentleman. The whole order-install-aftersales experience was really exceptionally impressive. Again, great local company!

Sep 07,2022Recently we have had a new kitchen and ground floor wet room - our old softener was almost 20yrs old so well past it’s use by date. On calling UK Water Softeners - Sarah came out and explained the different options on filtration and drinking tap. On day of fitting their fitter ( Pete ) worked very well with our builder and the install was done in little over a hour. UK were up front about buying salt and said although competitive we could buy else where if cheaper. We will of course turn to them for filters and breakdown - all in all a very nice company to deal with.
