Prompt initial visit and survey after leaving a request on the website; options for siting the water softener explored and evaluated carefully. No nonsense, all-inclusive quotation provided without any sales pressure. Appointment for installation made quickly there and then. Installation done efficiently and tidily, to my complete satisfaction. Salt delivery costs comparable to current supplier. I'm pleased to have found and used UK Water Softeners, and recommend without hesitation.

Jan 24,2024Sarah came out to my house to offer my options and a reasonable quote, and the fitter came a few days later to install my new water softener, explain the workings, and took all the rubbish and my old unit away. Well explained and a very efficient and friendly service was provided from both. Would recommend.

Installation was complicated due to the strange configuration of my extended property (odd mains pipe location), but was achieved by the end of the day. Really happy overall with the products I received and the service.

Dec 17,2023I will give 100 out of 5 stars if system allows. This means the job was extremely great. It was a long story and my job was last for almost 2 months, because something bad luck happened. But the experience was superb. To keep the story short. I installed water softener, quooker tap and its filter. Steve helped on the installation and all done perfectly. Bad luck happened that my pipe was blocked after the job. We have no clue but I agreed that it was not because of the softener installation. The team still helped me finding solutions and coming over and over many times to help. Finally got a workaround for the problem. To sum up, Steve’s pipe arrangement was glorious. My pipes were messy, and they are now very tidy after Steve’s help. Sarah explained the products and services clearly and no hard-sell. She was very helpful, proactive and promptly followed up. Andrew helped liaising and kept his promises on following up and calling back. The job was done very well, and most importantly, UK water softener saved me when I was struggled. This was a beyond expectation service that I could never find in anywhere!

Nov 15,2023I searched for several water softener companies. Thanks to my friend Minnie for recommending this company to me. Sarah came to my house and gave us a detailed explanation and review, and gave us suggestions as there were some restrictions. I was a little worried at first, but it was completely unnecessary! On the day of installation, engineer Pete arrived on time and everything went very smoothly, he worked quickly and efficiently and highly technically, he did an excellent job. This is a great team and I highly recommend them.
