May 04,2023The service provided by the UK water softeners team (Sarah, Andrew, Rosalyn, and Pete (Plumber) was excellent from start to finish. The company was recommended by my friend and Sarah provided the quote and arranged the delivery and installations. I recommend the Premier Plus twin tank water softener, not only does it look great, but it works superbly too (no more scale!!). I would highly recommend Sarah and the team.

Apr 03,2023I recently decided to update my water softener to a newer model. I had originally purchased one from Kevin Goody and decided to buy from UK Water Softeners as it is still run by his family. The update was very straightforward and only took a couple of hours. Steve Harvey, the installer, was excellent, very professional and did a great job. I also ordered a new water softener for my son, which was installed the following week. The install was a bit more involved, but again was done professionally. I would totally recommend UK Water Softeners to anyone who is looking for a new softener or to update their existing one.

From my initial visit with Sarah to the installation of my new water softener by Steve, everything was handled with professionalism and care. During my initial visit, Sarah took the time to explain the different water softener options available and helped me choose the best one for my needs. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. When it came time for installation, Steve arrived promptly and was courteous and respectful throughout the process. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how to use and maintain the system. He even took the time to clean up after himself and left my home spotless. Since the installation, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my water. It is now much softer, and I no longer have to deal with the negative effects of hard water on my appliances and plumbing fixtures. Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a water softener. The team members are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and they truly care about their customers' satisfaction. Thank you for providing such an excellent service!

Mar 29,2023I used UK Water Softeners through a recommendation from couple of my friends and dealt with Sarah for the initial visit, demo and Steve did our installation. From start to finish it never felt like I was being pushed to buy the product. Sarah was very patient in answering my questions in trying out different options on my installation. Also gave honest advise on what would work best for our household. Steve even visited in advance to do an installation survey and addressed the questions I had. On the day of installation, Steve did a very tidy job of installing the system and explained how it works in detail. He ensured everything worked as expected and gave advise on how the water softener would change the quantity of each cleaning product that we have been using and in some case also advised what is no longer needed. Overall I am very happy with the service I received. Kudos to UK Water Softeners !! you have a great team indeed. Keep up the good work !!

Mar 28,2023From start right till the end, it was very professional and welcoming experience altogether. Our first appointment with Sarah was organised very prompty. She knows what she is talking about and therefore it reflects in their service too. We were given full and complete knowlege of all the products with its respective uses and suggestions which would work the best for our household. Sarah was the only person who suggested an easier and out of the way; installation place without having to compromise on my kitchen cupboard space or having the unit outside. We were very impressed with that as it made it so much easier and stressfree for us. Once we finalised on the product, the process was very swift with a phonecall to book a day for the installation. The installation team is very professional and they did a great job in a timely manner. Its a wonderful team and we would high recommend them. I love it, since they are family run, giving you a very personalised sense of service.

Jun 14,2023A brilliant company. Only just had the softener installed a few weeks ago but so far, the water does feel so much nicer than before and so much easier to clean. Sarah was ever so helpful on the phone prior to the installation - it’s a really personalised service which I like, because it’s a family run business. I had the Infinity T4 Water Softener.
