Jun 13,2024No - it absolutely was not addressed with a full refund on the same day. I’m going online to tell my story so that others can see my experience. I had to go through my own accounts and call you up again to tell you that you had only gone back as far as the current financial year. The overcharge had gone back further into the previous financial year. That cost me an entire day. No compensation for that. That’s just my bad luck. You have one job. You charge double what others charge. And your back end system is basically unusable. This is not visible until after the service is set up. Getting a payslip is slow and challenging with the ‘it can take up to a minute’ circle of doom to get the next payslip. In 2024 that’s basically a broken system. For £40 pounds a week that’s £2k per year. Zero financial advice. Zero value for money. Just tax and margin takers. No added value.
