May 14,2024I used Umbrella.co.uk from February 2023 to April 2024 for a contract, and I had no problem at all with them the entire time. I had been a bit nervous at the start as I had never used an umbrella company before, but from quote to onboarding to payment and final P45 at contract end, I had no problem at all. On the rare occasion I had to phone for a query, my calls were answered promptly and the query resolved straight away. I was paid on time each week, with no delay. I will use Umbrella.co.uk again when a contract requires an umbrella company.

May 03,2024The word qu**r is used in their diversity policy, as well as the term 'gender', which is not a term used in the Equality Act 2010. I am a lesbian so I can't work with this unethical company as it doesn't respect UK law or lesbian rights. Edit: the company has falsely claimed that my review is for another company and has posted link their diversity policy using the homophobic term ‘qu**r’ and with the protected characteristics in the Equality Act 2010 incorrectly stated in a manner which is intended to infringe on the protected characteristics of sex and sexual orientation. The company has tried to undermine the protected characteristics with this policy which is not the law in the UK.

May 24,2024When I called today requesting information and documentation, I was fortunate to have the assistance of Nicolas. He was wonderful! Nicolas was able to locate the document I required, and forwarded the same to me encrypted/password protected. Nicolas kept me informed throughout letting me know the next steps. He went above and beyond, as I awaited the arrival of the document, as he wanted to ensure that I didn’t have any issues accessing it. I was extremely grateful to him for doing so, as it gave me peace of mind. Needless to say, there weren’t any problems. Nicolas is an invaluable asset to the Umbrella company, and certainly to clients as myself. Thanks a million Nicolas!
