Mar 21,2025The mattress fully met my expectations. It feels perfect and I really love sleeping on it. It came well packaged and was easy to place on the bed. I was a little anxious that there was a slight delay in the delivery but was delighted that the mattress arrived just before Christmas.

Mar 17,2025The mattress if very comfortable, I definitely sleep better, turn over less often, so deeper sleep. My only complaint is that customer services response time was very slow, I had to email, call and message a number of times before I heard back from them. In the end they are however willing to resolve the issue.

Feb 06,2025How is the mattress? No idea. Still waiting for my order after 2 months. Advertise a delivery within 20 days. In reality, no. Ordered on the 3rd of December, and 8 weeks later still not delivered. Was supposedly being delivered this week but no update. Starting to feel like this news was to keep me quiet when I started to mention that previous customers waited 28 weeks for delivery. Wondering if this is mattress company or a bank. With all the money taken from customers, they must have a nice return from interest.

Dec 11,2024Overall very happy. We were able to get an update via email fairly quickly after attempting to call nearing the 20 working days that our mattress was on way to the uk and should be with us soon. Delivery was just one day off the 20 working days, unfortunately DPD didn’t attempt to deliver it that day so was an extra day out. On delivery I could see why it was delayed, the first box was split and taped up with DPD tape however other two boxes were good condition and all contents were intact. I did have to help the delivery driver bring in the boxes. As for the actual mattress, all layers were nicely packaged with “handmade with love” stickers on each bag, we also received a cute mini hot water bottle. It was pretty easy to get setup however I did have to go on the website to figure out how to configure the layers for different firmnesses, would of been nice to receive some written instructions but I was still able to find the information I needed fairly easily. I tried all and settled on the medium which to me feels more like a firm. My partner is happy with the soft. So far it’s been 4 nights and I’ve had much better quality of sleep and less pain (chronic pain sufferer due to hyper mobility). We’d previously purchased a hybrid mattress about 2 months prior at similar price point which was absolutely awful. The difference really is night and day. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Una.

Nov 16,2024Delivered after 28 working days (website mentioned 20 working days) and it's impossibile to get hold of anyone in the Customer Service to have an update about the shipment. Please improve your Customer Service. The pillows are great tough.

Nov 14,2024I’ve been using the Una Organic mattress for a few weeks and it’s been great. The adjustable firmness is a good feature, and I sleep much better now. It feels comfortable and I love that it’s made from natural materials. Definitely recommend it.

Nov 10,2024A fraudulent scam company. But something else. I paid for a mattress and they went in to liquidation. Started up again with the sane name and website m and don't respond to calls or emails. These are scammers and fraudulent

Sep 17,2024placed an order early august after receiving an email from una proudly announcing that they were back in business. i placed an order, with delivery times of 5 to 10 days. 45 days later and still no sign. emails always apologetic and advising it will be with me the by the end of next week..... update - order arrived 19th September. I am happy with the products, just a shame it was such an effort to receive them. hopefully Una will improve their dispatch times

Sep 04,2024I ordered a very expensive mattress earlier this year and after a long wait was told the company had 'gone into liquidation'. I got my money back as I had paid by credit card but many people were not so lucky. I would never order anything from anyone connected with Una again and I am amazed to see them back in business. OK so they are claiming that Versigo has now taken Una over but is Versigo offering refunds to all the customers who lost money or has Versigo just bought the assets? There is something very very fishy about this company and the way it trades. Response to Versigo: I appreciate the reply below from Versigo. BUT a lot of people lost money and credit card companies picked up the tab for the rest of us - something we will all be paying for. Versigo presumably bought the assets but those could and should have been sold to reimburse the innocent victims.

Mar 29,2024I ordered a very expensive mattress a month ago. After I chased it up I received a circular email to say the company was in liquidation. No further contact despite my emails. Needless to say I will.be taking legal advice. Disgraceful, thieving cheats. Update, I've received a reply from the new owners of Una, which is great. They've offered me a duvet which is also great but I'd also like my money back.

Mar 17,2024Thankfully only ordered a pillow but a month and a half later still no delivery and instead of refunding me they kept saying they have staffing issues, seems like a standard UK response these days (thanks Brexit!) and now I read apparently they have gone bust. Great!

Mar 14,2024They have gone bust. The German company is called Una Organic GmbH( (una-organic.de) and they have stopped taking orders and have just a dud phone line. The trademarks were owned from the UK so it looks like a planned operation to sink the whole lot in one go. A friend has lost 1.5k and most likely so have many others.

Mar 11,2024Please don't order anything from them ! Didn't believe it when, reading recent reviews, people were saying they had gone into liquidation. It was only a few days ago they had reassured me that the mattress would be delivered very soon. Today, after chasing them yet again, I'm told they have indeed gone into liquidation.

Mar 07,2024I placed an order with Una on 03 February 2024 and have spent almost a £1000. I am still waiting for it to be delivered and I have reached out to them on multiple attempts to ask for a status update. They have not responded and I am very concerned this is all a big scam!

Mar 28,2025I ordered a king size deluxe mattress on 13th Feb and it arrived 25th March, so a bit longer than the advertised 20 working days but not horrendously longer. I feel like Una Mattress could probably keep people updated with the status of their order a bit better, but I contacted Lucy via the web chat several times for updates and questions and have to say she was fantastic - very helpful and very responsive, every time! So excellent customer service. The mattress: I've had 3 nights on the mattress now and it is superb quality. Night one we went with the 'Firm, Soft, Medium' configuration and while comfortable, decided to switch it to 'Firm, Medium, Soft' for the next night and found that to be the sweet spot for us - we've both slept so well the last couple of nights! When putting the mattress together you can feel the quality manufacturing and materials and it really feels like a premium product. I'm conscious it's only been 3 nights, but I'm planning on fully testing every part of it over the next 97 nights to ensure it still lives up to my initial reaction! Since you can configure both sides of this king size mattress differently, I was concerned that we would be able to feel a 'join' in the middle of the mattress, but 3 nights in I can honestly say you can lie in the middle of it (right on top of the join) and you'd have no idea. So concerns totally allayed on that front. The mattress is springy, as you'd expect from latex but also soft and supportive at the same time, moulding around your shoulders and hips when side sleeping and supporting your lower back when sleeping on your back. The 'zones' really come into play here and do their job. All in all, very happy and a superb quality and super comfortable mattress that feels as though it will last a very long time. I won't be buying a sprung or memory foam mattress ever again if this thing is still as comfy in a few months' time, as it is now. As I mentioned, company communication/delivery updates etc. could improve somewhat but I didn't mind waiting an extra week or so for a quality product - especially given that things like customs clearances etc. are not in Una Mattress's control. I cannot fault Lucy and the customer service I've received at all - excellent all round!
