Oct 12,2019Very difficult to find the right firmness for a mattress without sleeping on it for sometime. Una has solved the problem brilliantly with interchangeable layers, which also gives you the option of changing your choice with time. Latex is the best material for a mattress and it is top quality, as is the service and support. I thoroughly recommend this mattress and Company.

Sep 19,2019This is a review for the Una pillow. I could make it quite short and just say it is amazing... buy yourself one today! The customer service I received from Una would rival John Lewis and the product is amazing. This is the champagne of pillows. It is as I imagine it would be to sleep on a pillow filled with bubbles. I simply can't recommend this pillow highly enough. I have tried many pillows such as a feather down millet buckwheat spelt wool memory foam pillows with holes in dips in neck shapes and this beats all of them hands down. The pillow is weighty and so has a very comforting presence and it gives just enough to allow you to to make a little bit for your head or or neck if you require but it bounces back although not in an assertive way like memory foam for example. The pillow is actually two pillows in one ...a thick one and a thinner one. It comes with a beautiful cover with navy blue piping which does say 'do not wash' on it but I think this refers to the pillow and I have washed the cover and it seems fine. Some people have commented that the pillow is too big to fit into a normal pillow case but I have taken the two pillows out and put each of them into a normal pillowcase. However it would be lovely if Una were to sell a smooth plain white washable cotton organic pillow case made to fit the depth of these large pillows. I think probably a king-size pillowcase would fit the standard pillow although I'm not sure what sized pillowcase from other suppliers would fit the super king pillows. The one tiny criticism I have is that when the pillow arrived it smells very strongly to me of chocolate but when I research this and emailed the company they reassured me that it was the natural smell of the latex and that I just needed to air it out for about a week to get rid of it. Luckily the weather has been warm and dry so have been able to do this but I think if they were able to air them out before they sent them to customers to get rid of the smell that would be perfect. Really I would say five stars is just not enough this is an amazing gorgeous comfortable and cuddly pillow and the company seems to be a very ethical kind family business which just adds to the appeal. If you value your sleep and the planet you should definitely buy one today!

Sep 12,2019I'm not going to lie, i was sceptical about how comfy the UNA mattress would/could be compared to a good pocket sprung one. I shouldn't have been !! Simply put this is the best mattress i have ever slept on. We went with the std setup hard/soft/medium and i have to say for us its perfect. I haven't slept as well in years. If you are considering buying one just do it, you wont regret it. Well done UNA 10 out of 10

Sep 12,2019A very much a DIY, built it yourself mattress. This however gives you the option to adjust the feel of your bed from firm, medium or soft when ever you wish. A fabulous mattress and matching pillow set which is extremely comfy.

Aug 26,2019The mattress and cover is amazing quality. The order process, service and delivery (scheduled on a day that I chose) was exemplary. The mattress set up was super easy too. I have it set on the softest setting and am still getting used to as a very thin-built man but my girlfriend is already over the moon about how great she is sleeping! One thought though: The mattress components are individually packed in a box and wrapped in 2 layers of of sturdy plastic. I'm just wondering if there is a way to minimize the waste but on the other hand I also can't really think of a way of making transportation secure in a more eco-friendly way without making it awfully complicated...

Aug 15,2019I ordered this mattress about 6 months ago because I was looking for something natural without the chemicals that are present in traditional mattresses. The product arrived on time and it is by far the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. I will definitely consider buying another one in the future

Jul 19,2019They use FIRE RETARDANT! I have contacted them as I wanted to buy 2 of their mattresses. They were really helpful and responded within half an hour to all my questions until I asked them to provide the fire safety certificates. After more than a day waiting I have emailed them again about it and I told them I really want to see it before my purchase. A day later they have emailed it to me and as I thougt by then there was something they wanted to hide. I was right as their certificates clearly say that their latex is FR-latex which means they use Fire Retardants!!!!! Then I asked them why this information is NOT on their website?! Then they emailed me back saying they now included this infirmation in their FAQ part which, in my opinion, nobody really reads anyway. Very unfair way of doing business, misleading their buyers, very far from fair trading!

May 16,2019Terrible and hugely stressful buying experience- delivery a total shambles, nearly a week late and this is only after dozens of phone calls where I finally got them to agree to send with a different delivery partner... to top it off they sent me a wrong package so have to wait another 2 days! Customer service is apologetic but that's it- no offer of compensation despite having to sleep without a mattress for 5 nights- totally avoidable as I bought the mattress several weeks in advance and told them what day I wanted it. They were given numerous opportunities to sort out the problem but let it go on and on instead. I wouldn't buy from them again. Utterly poor logistics- and for such a premium price I expect way better customer service. So far the part of the mattress I have received seems good, hence the 2 stars.

Oct 23,2019The UNA mattress is amazingly comfortable. The best mattress I've ever slept on - and that's after 50 years of experience lol! I do highly recommend their mattresses - you will not be disappointed - and there's no chemicals either! Just amazing comfort you will not believe - and no, I don't get paid to promote them, just a very happy customer who is very happy to recommend their mattresses.
