I have never slept so well in my life. I was hesitant at first because of not being able to try out Una before buying but after speaking with one of the team & having the 100 night trial explained, it seemed like a no brainer. My mattress arrived & was so easy to set up after watching the video on the website & I’ve never looked back since. It’s hard to believe that I’d put up with sleeping so poorly for over 20 years but that has all changed now. Thank you Una, you are Naturally fantastic 💖

I ordered the Una Junior mattress for my son a few months ago and as a technophobe was pleasantly surprised with how easy I found it to navigate their website. The delivery/service was seamless and we were super happy with it. However, I didn’t fully appreciate the comfort until my son was ill a few weeks ago, my plan was to sit with him whilst he settled but I ended up falling asleep with him at 19:30 and slept through to the morning. It’s honestly one the the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve had in years… even with a child coughing in my face! I couldn’t recommend enough!
I wasn’t going to leave such a detailed negative review but they took far too long dealing with the fault/refund. Their top of the range Una organic mattress deluxe started to sink after just 11 months and I am only 9.5 stone! I only realised something was wrong as I started waking up daily with back ache and then noticed the significant dip in the middle of the mattress, which I was always rolling into during the night. From reporting the fault with photographs to actually finally getting a ‘pro rata’ refund took 2 months! A lot of stress and worry! Even after they sent out a mattress expert who assessed it and deemed it failed, it took a further month and copious emails to finally get the refund, which was pro rata (reduced by almost 10%)! You would think if their top of the range mattress failed after only 11 months, they would deal with it in a timely manner… After taking so long to refund me you would also think they should have had the curtesy to refund it in full. Una are an arrogant company that care about profit over customer service. Unless you’re willing to spend hours e-mailing back and forth and waiting too long on a reply, I’d advise to steer well clear of this company and its products.
Great concept and customer experience - but we found the softest configuration was still a little too firm for our taste, so took up the option of swapping the soft layer for extra soft (note that you have to pay an extra non-refundable postage charge to do this). I have back problems and the modular nature of the mattress meant each layer of foam was light enough for me to carry upstairs easily on my own which was an added bonus. If I have one tiny criticism, it would be that the same modular nature means it never has the perfectly formed sides of a new conventional mattress no matter how hard you try and line the layers up - but it's difficult to see how that can be avoided given the concept and you don't notice it much anyway. Natural latex is an expensive raw material but we really like its properties, and given you spend a third of your life in bed, a good mattress is worth every penny and we feel that is the case with the Una.
Great kids mattress, just be warned its a little fiddly to put together as there are 2 mattresses with different firmness and both flimsy and heavy. Will need an extra pair of hands to make it easier. I also got the mattress topper. Its quite squishy and not as firm as I expected, I wouldn't recommend if you like a more firm bed.
I wanted to visit their office to discuss which mattress/firmness to go for. I have travelled 2 hours to Brighton then spent 45 mins looking for their ‘office’ but could not find it. I had been calling them for 45mins but no answer on the phone at all. I tried to call them again next day / yesterday…no answer again. Just checked their company’s profile and foubd that they have no 1 employee! How can you run a ‘company’ without any employees? Do you exist at all?
This mattress is the best mattress I have ever used. It's good value, even with it's premium price. As someone who suffers from EDS, the customisability of the different layers has been hugely helpful in fine-tuning the level of support to reduce pain when lying down. It is cooler than memory foam and hybrid mattresses I have used (still warmer than a pocket spring mattress, but not uncomfortably so). While not my primary reason for the purchase, the environmental credentials are also welcome. After two recent terrible experiences with companies with large marketing budgets, this purchase went flawlessly.
We are thrilled with our new mattress. After lots of research we decided to give Una Organic a try. The service was smooth from start to finish and we are delighted with our purchase. Highly recommended.

I received the delivery of mattress & I immediately unpacked to find out that the mattress had to be taken to our bedroom and had 8 pieces of which 6 very heavy & was carried upstairs & assembled by ourselves as DPD delivered it & not white glove service. It was a task in itself and not worth the price we paid. But it doesn’t end here but after placing an order and waiting for a month all I get is a dirty, used, stained and torn mattress full of hair and stain marks. It’s been used to such an extent that the cover is loose and can easily fit in about 4” topper. YEAKS! Can you kindly explain to me £2015 what have I paid for ? Would you use such mattress and pay for it ? It’s a shame that a such big company and expensive mattresss we received is used, stained. I have attached the order screenshot as they might say we don’t have such order in response. I called the number provided to find out they are busy hence left the voicemail. Will update review once I hear back & solution offered. They originally offered £1000 compensation and new cover. Now they changed they will only give £1000 compensation if we return the used stained cover. The mattress is sent in 7 parts and is really heavy and removing cover will only mean putting another hard work which we shouldn’t be doing. Changing their terms on email after agreeing to provide new cover, selling used mattress seems to be their way of trading. Why would they need ripped, used stained cover ? They will end up giving it to others and take them for a ride. If sending used mattress was their genuine error then they shouldn’t be changing their terms for compensation. It clearly proves that sending stained mattress is not genuine but has been done on purpose. They need the cover to inspect if it’s brand new or not but they have clearly alleged that we have lied by saying the cover is stained and they are confidently saying it’s brand new and not used. In email they have gone and alleged DPD box is damaged hence they have stained it 😂. £2000 worth mattress is not white glove delivery but a dpd damaged box delivery🤣. We have uploaded the pictures on email within 1 hour of delivery and can be seen on your website reviews used mattress pieces each of them had hair and cover with big stain and ripped from the corner. They promised £1000 compensation and now they are saying that they will send it after we have returned them their used cover which means wasting 1 hour to remove old cover and replace it with new and post it to them. Shows the level of service where you are alleging DPD, then us and now refraining from giving us £1000. Let court deal with your company. And we will take the cover to court for dispute as now you haven’t refunded our £1000
I suffer from lower back pain, since sleeping on the UNA mattress; when I wake up and get out my bed my back feels 90% better than my last mattress.
This is a really lovely comfortable mattress. It arrived when it said it would and communication was clear. I know my child is sleeping on a natural spring and chemical free mattress and this is so important to me. They will spend a long time using it so I have peace of mind that we have a cleaner and healthier choice of mattress.
Their website explained very well what the mattresses looked like and how to set them up. I was also impressed that their chat was available late in the night and I could speak to a knowledgable person.
While the price point is on the higher side, I believe it's justified by the quality and the organic aspect of the mattress. It's a worthwhile investment. Overall, I highly recommend this mattress. It's adjustable, comfortable, and seems built to last. Anja was very helpful answering my many questions.
Delivery experience was horrible - boxes were dropped at my front door, with driver complaining to me that these are too heavy to be carried by one person only. Question, if the delivery man said these are too heavy for one man to carry, how is a female with mobility issues suspected to bring those upstairs by herself? Customer service was unhelpful by saying that "most customers do manage to lift those by themselves". As she pointed out, it is mentioned in the small print that DPD only delivers to front door - not the kind of service you would expect from a premium mattress at a considerably higher price than competitor products (that do offer deliver to room of choice at no extra charge). There is also no further explanation in terms of how to put the layers together, so you need to search through their website again for instructions. Quite disappointed and would expect better customer service for a company that markets their products as premium.
Very straightforward to order with delivery on time and as advised. Well worth the money, just wish we hadn’t wasted so long looking for emperor beds that I found too hard and hubby found too soft. Building each half to fit our different needs has proved perfect and we both struggle to leave our bed in the morning because it is soooo nice. I used to be a very restless sleeper as I could rarely relax immediately but this mattress is comfortable however I sleep 💤 And the best thing of all, my husband doesn’t snore as loudly..... or maybe I just don’t hear it! I’ve been singing Una’s praises to everyone.
i have been very happy with my Una mattresses. I ordered one for myself and found it the best i've ever had. So much so that i purchased one each for my adult children who are equally happy. They were delivered in perfect condition and communications excellent. I would strongly recommend them.
The mattress itself is fabulous. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Emailed after 5 weeks as I'd heard nothing. Did get an email back fairly quickly saying there'd been a delay and it would be another 4-5 weeks. I said I would have thought they would contact me, their reply "we were just about to. There aren't enough hours in the day". The next I heard it was on it's way - at the end of the second 5 weeks, which is good. But again I'd have thought some sort of pre notice. Good job I wasn't away for Easter.
