Nov 30,2024I signed up to unihomes when i began to look for housing in november. I did not give them permission to contact me. A man called Gajanand Patil messaged me on whatsapp asking about my enquiry. I politely told him that I am just browsing for now, but will contact him when i need more help in my search. Every day since then, I have received calls from Gajanand trying to ask me about housing, when i clearly stated I am not yet interested. He messaged me this morning saying “hey” to which i responded asking him to stop contacting me, as I am no longer interested. He was very rude and snarky in his responses, telling me to stop wasting time by making enquiries that would go no where. Terrible customer service, do not give them your number if you don’t want to be contacted about housing every day

Nov 29,2024I lived in a 4 bedroom house in Sheffield. They managed the house bills. After when I moved in they charged my card 2 times. Called them why? They said because the previous tenant didn’t pay the last one and someone has to pay. LoooL. Then end of the year they sent me an email they closed my account when I moved out and the account is £0 while 4 months later they called me about I should pay more 305 pounds or something like that. Excuse me. They charged me for the previous tenant then after the zero balance confirmation they want to charge me more. So that was the end. 4 person in the house and the bill to them cost £120/person. I asked them to send me evidence about why is it to high while our neighbours only pay £36/person. Same house 4 tenant 4 bedroom. They ignored me and refused my claim. So I got nothing and they sent my case to a debt collector. If anyone has the same issue please contact me on my number 07885109068. They do it on purpose. Overpriced and its a service so they should provide invoices. I didn’t receive any of them.
