Nov 26,2024If you're thinking of taking out a bills package for your student accommodation, think twice about using UNIHOMES. Our daughter and 4 of her friends share a house in Cardiff. Moved in mid September as second year students. As of today 25th November they've been without internet and TV since moving in. Students having to go back to university library on weekends to get wifi. 10 weeks of constant phone calls and emails to Unihomes and not one person in customer support are able to tell us when this will be resolved. No manager to speak to. If you email them it just goes to the people you've just spoken to on the phone. Staff blame BT, Openreach, or Utilities department. No contact from them with updates. Seriously frustrating and Truly appalling service.

Nov 26,2024I’m a student and have rented properties with unihomes for 2 years now, both properties have been great, spacious, clean and affordable including rent, as a student I highly recommend letting with uni homes if your looking for somewhere with friends or by yourself.

The detail in all of the listings is great and has everything you need to know as a uni student. There is also many wonderful properties listed which can make the search hard but also more fulfilling when you find one that you really like. For a uni student uni homes is perfect with all the price breakdowns.

Nov 24,2024I like the website layout and how easy it is to filter preferences, however, the response times after submitting an enquiry can take a long time and may not even get a response. Maybe a number should be put on the website so it’s easier for us to contact the agent.
