My brother got me a walker that has been a true life saver. I got the same one for Christmas cause I knew he wouldn't do it for himself. It has a seat and allows us so much freedom. Thank you

We had to contact customer service about changing our order after we placed it. The representative we talked to was very helpful and there were no issues in changing the order to a different model. Very fast delivery. The walker is well made and perfect for my Dad’s needs.

They actually had the item I had been seeking for months. The purchase process was easy. The only downside was I had to call to find out it was coming in a day or so. There was no email letting me know it was arriving. Nonetheless I was happy to open my garage door and find 4 heavy boxes of Power block weights very close to the estimated time of delivery provided at the purchase time.

You send a defective medical item. You were asked for immediate replacement which you failed to do. We were forced to source the item elsewhere! Nevertheless you just sent a replacement item without asking instead of cancelling the order and returning the money. Now we have three items, one defective. Very bad customer service!

Great walker. I like it a lot more than the smaller rollators with the thinner wheels, feels more stable and reliable. It came without a very long wait and was all put togethet except for the handles and to attach the basket. Would buy from this company again. Thank you.
