It is very difficult to get anyone to answer a phone if you have a question. They do return your call, however if you are not available to take the call they say call us back. The cycle starts all over again.

The elbow support is restful and alleviatesp pain. My only suggestion for an improvement would be added foam cushioning. Overall a very useful accessory. Joel Kirschbaum
