Dec 01,2020The customer service at Unique Medical Supply has been exceptional! Delivery was much quicker than anticipated. The product brand of wheelchairI received, not so much, as it was apparently of poor quality. Unique Medical Supply is working with the manufacturer to resolve my issue. I will update my review once a satisfactory resolution has been reached.

Nov 19,2020I was misled by the picture and when I received my order I asked for a return label and they refused to send me and I had to spend $47 to return the package. I talked to the owner but she refused to reimburse me for the shipping. I was not treated fairly.

I talked to a very nice person on the phone who was able to cancel my online order. I then told her the item I meant to order. She found the item and took care of it very quickly. My item arrived and was easily assembled. Great company to shop with.

Dec 02,2020I purchased powerblocks from Unique. Usually I buy direct but unfortunately Powerblock seems to focus on retail sales to help businesses now during the Covid. Unique sold them for a very fair price given the current situation. I received them in good order and will purchase again from Unique.
