I am enjoying the product purchased for my aging Mother who is immobile and bedridden. The problem was the delay in delivery though I prepaid for express. The company refunded the cost and apologized for the oversight. I really appreciated the immediate correction when brought to your attention. I will be happy to use this company in the future. In these recent days since the Covid 19 Pandemic started it is a very rare thing to have a company perform as well as Unique Medical Supply has performed. This order took a month to arrive and even when it did it was missing part of my order even though I was charged for the full amount. I called to report the missing item and was told it would be sent out right away but it was never received. I am totally disappointed in this company. I have ordered several times before but never had such crappy service as I did this time.

Great service, Vary durable wheelchair, ordered on a Wed. Got it on Saturday afternoon. This wheelchair is pretty Heavy Duty. And the price is low. I will be ordering my supplies from now on through this company. It gave my wife her legs so'da speak.

It was extremely easy to put together and very durable. Just what I needed when I got injured. Was able to take a shower without being scared of falling. Don’t think twice about getting a seat for the shower. It really does the job.

My son had a stroke a few years ago, affecting his left side....sits 24/7 in his wheelchair. Have been searching for a gel seat to make him comfortable....finally found one that offers him some comfort. So a big thank you!!!!

sort of flimsy quality but does the job. once ordered we didn't get shipping info until 4 days later when i called to ask about the purchase the lady on the phone helped and said after 24 hours we would have a tracking #, delivered soon after that,
