We needed a wheelchair. Ordered it on a Monday with 3-5 days shipping. Was delivered over a week later. We had to call and keep inquiring about it before anything was done. There was no urgency in shipping out merchandise.

I had no problems with placing my order or receiving when promised. My only issue is the price change of the product I purchased. I’ve been buying the same product paying the same price & all of a sudden there’s a price increase but no product upgrade. I don’t think that’s fair or right. Imagine my surprise 😯

I was advised that my order would take two months so I canceled it.because I could not wait.. I sent two emails and was advised it was canceled. I was not refunded and then when I inquired again on my third email, I was advised that the order was not canceled and the items shipped THAT day! The same exact day I asked about my refund!! Coincidence? No Way! I feel like I was totally lied to and now I have tables I do not need! And I am out over 200 because of this shifty company. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered Absorbent Pads and Diapers , with the understanding of a tentative delivery date of 5 to 7 business days ; which would have been August 14th . I received the Pads in expedient time ! Today , is August 23rd. , and I have yet to receive confirmation of my remaining partial order ! I cancelled the remainder of my order over a week ago , and have yet to receive an email confirming my cancellation , or any follow-up from customer service !

Glad I found this. Prices seemed good and service was both fast and efficient. Would not hesitate to reorder from them again. In summary, not one negative thing to report.
