Sep 21,2020Even with covid my order took 10 days to reach me and upon receiving, it was an incorrect order. After the fact I couldn't reach any one on the phone. It was a medical emergency. I ordered alleveyn foam pads 5x5 with a 4x4 protectant area. I received a 3x3 pad with a 2x2 area,box of 10 which quite exspensive. To cover my affected area I had to use all 10 pads at once.Orders should be double checked, can be the difference in life or death.
