Jul 24,2024I have had my bike for a year and 3 months now, and I have to say the bike, the support (aftercare) and the advice provided is 5 star service level. What stands out is the product knowledge and the advice and they even try to save you money which is always a bonus in my book. I would recommend the bikes and with this comes the 5 star service.

Jun 21,2024Unfortunately I wasn't able to afford a brand new Ersin e-bike, but after a lot of searching I was lucky enough to find an immaculate second-hand Ersin Step Through bike, which was the model I wanted. I had quite a few questions and sent several emails to Ersin, all of which he answered straight away. I really appreciated his willingness to answer my questions even though I hadn't bought the bike directly from him. I really love the bike and I just can't stop riding it! It's the best bike I've ever had... so much FUN! My friends and family are very impressed, and are also becoming tempted by an Ersin e-bike. If you want a well-built bike that will zoom up hills, and that's really enjoyable to ride, and you want personal service from the guy who builds them, then I have no hesitation at all in recommending UnrestrictedBikes. Go for it!

Overall I can't recommend unrestricted bikes highly enough.

Jun 04,2024After owning a couple of other makes of e-bikes over the past few years and having problems I decided to look for another brand that had better quality build and parts plus also Customer Service. I came across the Ersin website and after doing a bit more research and looking at the reviews given on this site I decided to take a trip to Kent and have a look at the MTB they were selling, I met with Ersin and found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a try of the Demo model and decided to take the plunge in buying. I brought the bike home with me and put it together in a minimal time and the look and feel of the bike, I could tell it is a high quality machine. A little scary at first as the power comes in really quick, so in built up areas of pedestrians Im using assist 0 or 1, on the open road or country lanes using assist 2-3 is a joy and loads of fun. I have used assist 4 and 5 in short burst and it's pulls like a train, 30mph no problem. Ive only had it a couple of days so still trying to get used to it. At this time Im glad I bought it and very happy and Ersin has said any issues with the bike he will help, Customer Service is perfect unlike some of the other companies which were a nightmare. I was told battery charge would be about 30mls ... I did a 19 mile ride and it was still on 3/4 when I finished and I was using assist 2 most of the time with short blasts of 3 and 4.

May 31,2024Just hit 1000 miles on my hybrid 1000 and thought I would leave a review. I cannot fault the bike or company in any way. Build quality is amazing I have had other e bikes and had lots of problems but as soon as I opened the box i could tell this bike was built really well. I haven't had a single problem with my bike so far and I use it every day for work in all weather. Customer service is amazing any queries I have had ersin replys within minutes through WhatsApp . 10/10. I cannot recommend this company enough.

May 15,2024I bought the foldable model a year ago for my commuting around London. I have done over 1000 miles on it now, carrying heavy equipment with me as I go! It folds up quite nicely compared to some E-bikes I have seen. The hydraulic brakes are amazing, gears are great, seat is really comfy. Looks good and rides really well. Accidentally ripped out the battery cable on the train and Ersin just fixed and replaced it for nothing. Plus a mini service on top! Great bike and a pleasure to deal with Ersin

May 14,2024I purchased a Ersin 1000 hybrid. What can I say. It's the best E-bike I've ever bought. The owner is extremely responsive on WhatsApp. Whenever I have a question or a problem he immediately answers and is extremely helpful. After almost 1000 miles my battery went kaput due to an error and he fixed it for free.thr bikes are high quality and i genuinely don't have any complaints. I try my best to do my own maintenance and the bike lasts :). I haven't had any issues with the bike or the service. Upon receiving the battery Ersin fixed it withing a couple hours and immediately sent it back by post. The bike is great and so is the services. If I purchased from a giant retailer questions would take days for replies and servicing would takes weeks. Ersin is as good as it gets in terms of a business and how they treat their customers.

May 09,2024After hours of researching almost every E-Bike available on the market I found Unrestricted Bikes 😀 The service they offered from the start was 1st class, all questions answered promptly, delivered in 2 days of order and the best thing is the quality of the bikes. I purchased one for me and the wife….the wife said it was the best decision I’ve made in a while 😂 Anyone looking for a E-Bike don’t look anywhere else.
