Jun 05,2023So you are thinking of buying an E bike. As you know there are so many makes of E bikes out there, and not all of them do, what they say they can. Ive had an E bike for 5 years and was looking to update it because i had a knee injury. I spotted a few different ones on line then phoned these guys. I asked lots of questions and they were able to give me very informative and detailed answers. Which i was very impressed with. So i decided to purchase the step through EBike. Absolutely outstanding bit of kit. The only minor issue was the front light didn't work, i phoned them they said in the manufacturing process the wires could be transposed on the front light. They sent me a rechargeable light set which i received the next day. I swapped the wires over on the front light and it now works fine. Ive fully charged the battery and so far have done 18 miles on throttle only, the battery is still on 3 bars out of the total of 5. I am about 12 stone and there are some mean hills in my area. Absolutely outstanding E bike . Great design and all parts are interchangeable. I rate the customer service 5 stars and the step through E bike 5 stars. May 31,2023Ordered the Ersin Hybrid 1000 on Wednesday, received before lunch on Thursday. Bike built and ready to go in under 30mins. The bike itself to ride is sensational. Fast, powerful and comfortable. After months of searching to replace my first cheap brand ebike, I have no doubt that I made the right choice, and struggle to believe you will get this quality of ebike from anywhere else at anywhere near the price.

May 30,2023My all round experience with Ersin was amazing. From.the very outset he was communactive and helpful. I got to the workshop and he listened to my questions and he clearly knew what he was doing. The bike itself is absolutely AMAZING and I couldn't do with out it. Its fast... very fast! I also took it back 6 weeks later for some upgrades such as a bigger front cog and a new display (which is fantastic). He gave the bike a full service and I am so pleased. May 20,2023The Step Through bike turned out to be everything I expected it to be. A small hiatus with the carriers, meant the bottom of the cardboard box had stood in the wet and a hole appeared through which some small items disapeared through it. However Ersin was on top of his game and immediately sent all the bits I would ever need. I expect big things of the bike and am sure I won't be disapointed.

Great price (I bought the Step thru) Very fast, brakes and suspension are great. Battery is powerful and easy to remove, great kick stand and carrier
