It was confirmed that the part had a defect and they offered to send me a free replacement, which I accepted. I was then sent a text and photo of my order within minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently everything was dealt with. I thoroughly recommend this company to anybody...😀👍👍

I purchased the Hybrid 1000W great bike, well made, comfortable, and I am confident that if anything were to go wrong, I would be well looked after.

Feb 06,2023This company is the Ratners of the bike world. Poor quality, poor service. Buy local where you have full confidence & support. Buying online & then something goes wrong (which it will) and you will be left with a bike that doesn't work. Lights, gears, battery etc all failed on the step thru. Avoid.

Jul 09,2022The bike looks great and looks very sturdy, I found it a bit difficult putting togethur but I put it down to me being oldish, been a on a few rides found it exhilarating only using 1 or 2 assitance setting found using higher setting you have to pedal fast to keep up with the assistance, I would make higher cog wheel larger to make it easier, the reason I only gave it 3 stars I had to take it to a friend at a bike shop to sort out the gears as I could only get 3 gears. buy overall great bike

Feb 11,2022Bought my Ersin 1000 as a pre order and had my reservations as there are so few reviews for this company, anywhere! Needed something to commute part on and off road and even more importantly needed to be time efficient. But 2 and a bit months after ordering in November 2021(standard for e bikes at this time) it arrived. What a beautiful bike. The stance is great, the style is neat and understated and it fits me at 6 ft 115 kg (well now I am 113kg as been commuting 27 miles 5 days a week for 4 weeks now). I love the ride, it's absolutely auxillarating and I start my work day and even get home energised. I have only ever used assistance levels 4 and 5, and to be honest, now I only use 5 as it matches my commute in a car (most days) and it's an absolutely mental ride. I was hoping to get enough miles to get a round trip ,home/work/home, out of one charge however after using level 5 assistance (and at my 113kg weight I have had 19 miles before loss of assistance) I am not too bothered about this and am certain I could get much more on lower assistance levels but sitting here still buzzing after my 41 minute 13.5 mile ride home( which incidentally includes going up a very steep mile long hill averaging about 23mph pedalling hard) I am really not interested in them now. Keeping up with the traffic is a cinch, once I make it to the traffic lights and roundabouts of St albans from the hills of kings Langley I even pass most cars that have passed me on the 40 mph zones. The brakes literally stop you dead and this makes it a great ride in stop start traffic. Have to pulse them a but to prevent overheating when going down the mile long hill but this is to be expected. They still work when I get to the bottom and that is the most important thing. The guys have been amazing with video assistance for corrections and upgrade suggestions. Definitely a good experience all round with this my amazing bike. Love it love love it.
