Jul 06,2023My daughter has cycled every day for the last year on her MTB for 20 miles, so I think she must have done at least 4,000. The bikes are rugged and reliable and if I need anything, Ersin reply immediately by Whattsapp. The performance of the bikes is outstanding and her bike has changed my daughter's life completely, as we live on a farm in a remote area. We have only spent money on things which you would expect would suffer wear and tear, such as bearings, forks, brakes, chains and sprockets. So far the battery has not needed replacement but I think it might need one soon. A new battery every 5,000 miles is not unreasonable.

Jun 10,2023After a lot of research I decided on the Ersin 1000, I bought this bike 15 months ago and have covered about 2200 miles in total so far and it’s been absolutely brilliant to be honest. I try to commute on it at least twice a week which is a 26 mile round trip, it’s great fun, it saves money, it helps keep you fit and did I mention its great fun too 👍 I’ve only had to replace the back tyre as it had worn out so it’s been really reliable too. This bike is a no brainier, get it bought 🚲💨

Special mention to customer services who answered all my questions promptly and with detail and never felt pressured to buy despite asking so many questions. Can't praise them enough. Jun 06,2023Purchased the Ersin 1000 MTB. The bike arrived quickly and was packaged excellently. It's an amazing bike! Well built, and boy, the acceleration potential is incredible. Just completed my first 500 miles and had no problems whatsoever. I have added a larger 48v25ah battery, I travel upwards of 50 miles each day so needed to remove any range anxiety I was having, but if you're just going to do upwards of 20-30 miles a day, the battery supplied will suffice. Changed from the MTB tyres to Swalbe Marathon e-plus, as I spend the majority of time on roads and paths rather than off-road riding; makes the bike even faster! 5 stars guys, the sales pitch is true "Not all 1000w motors are the same"! Highly recommended. ❤
