They didn't listen to a word I said and then denied my claim on the basis of something I didn't even say 10/05... Got an email from someone saying they reviewed my case that we're going to put the plate through. When I contacted customer service they tried everything they possibly could to deny the claim even though I was told it was being put through and they were very combative. It seemed to take everything very personal ly
They would not allow me to insure or add a warranty protection plan to my iMac. Due to that Upsie Know’s why just like Apple Inc has caused The to happen to me. So I’m very very upset with Upsie , Apple Inc. And another company in which I can not name any names right now. !!! Thanks for Doing that you have done to me and what you are doing to me!!!!
Prices are great. But till I need to use it, I can't give it 5 start. Rural Iowa I wonder who comes from where to repair anything
As always the rates are by far better than the rest. So I brought the rest of my belongings to Upside.
This was easy to do, and cheaper than most places I found.

I purchased the warranty and first time using it. Called about my cell phone screen cracked severely. Submitted the repair ticket and now have to wait 48 hours for a confirmation number before I get it repaired. I was not told this the first time I called. And to have everyone talking in the background is not professional at all! Never again will use this company. May as well pay for it without reimbursement.
Very simple, straight forward transaction. I purchased an unlock Galaxy Fold 4. Originally had Samsung Care+ at $17.99 a monrh, even without the sweet 20% discount, the lower deductible and how much they cover, definitely spending less with Upsie versus Samsung

I have this warranty for 4 devices. I called in for a repair on my iPhone and it was torture. First I was on hold for almost 30 mins, next the claims person had no idea about thier own policy. I know they can contact a local repair shop and schedule you to go because I did it before. But now I have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. Good luck with that. This is the last time I purchase a warranty from this company
I was simply wanting to make sure my warranty was done correctly - had to leave a voicemail and then received a callback in 35 minutes and was given a complete explanation of the process. Felt like a valued customer
Straightforward warranty purchase process. Questions were answered quickly and clearly. I have not needed to use the warranty claims yet but hope that the process at that time will be fluid as well.

Purchased two warranties. I was not able to do them both at once and received a different (lesser) discount on the second one. The second one turned into a hassle because of this.
Son has a Dell laptop in which closing hinge was faulty. Was hard to shut and when he did it cracked the screen. Upsie refuses to honor their warranty. What a joke
Just don't do it. I have had warranties with them for many years and devices and (thankfully) never needed to claim. When I finally did, they said to take to their authorized local repair center. They are not able to fix the phone and now Upsie says I need to send the phone to their depot (waiting another 24 to 48 hours to get the paperwork) after having been without a phone for 2 weeks already. Who know how long it will take for the 'depot' to confirm the diagnosis. I have cancelled the remaining warranties I have with them and I suggest if you make the mistake of purchasing a warranty from them, you do the same.
This company is absolutely awful. Claim submitted on 5/24/22 for iPhone 13 pro max and almost 3 months later I am still awaiting for the payout. There was no company including apple that could fix the phone. A replacement had to occur. After 6 weeks I finally received word to get it replaced by they would only provide $599 + tax. Was told once I had a receipt to send it in and a check would be issued within 5-7 business days. That was almost a month ago..still waiting. Terrible company. Don’t waste your time or money with them.
Terrible, bad, horrible claim service. They pass you to centricity for the item repair, if it needs to be replaced they pass you to bankers insurance. We have been trying to complete the claim process since July, it’s half point of September Save your self the frustration and buy the coverage with some one else.
