Mar 20,2022Didn't like the fact that I bought a 3 year warranty for a TV I bought 11 months ago. So they counted those 11 months. So now I only have 2 years of warranty not 3.

Mar 20,2022The price of the warranty is great. Three years for less than the manufacturer's one year warranty. Now I hope I never have to use it, but if I do that will be the test of weather it is any good or not. I've had to use warranties from other companies on electronic equipment and they were easy to use, let's hope Upsie is just as easy and reliable.

Mar 18,2022Thankfully I've not had to use my protection plan, but just knowing its there, in that emergency, is comforting. Setting up a new policy, as I've upgraded my tablet, was very simple. The customer service team was on the ball! Great communication. Given what could happen... the accidentally dropped device, the accident with a nearby coffee cup... yes, knowing, "Upsie" is there is a great feeling.

Mar 17,2022great worked out for me. Couldn’t get insurance with apple care for my used macbook purchased. I was able to get it with upsie cheaper and similar coverage as applecare. happy i was able to get my laptop protected
