Mar 15,2022I haven't had the need to use this warranty and hope I don't, but phones are expensive and anything can happen to these phones. This plan is much less expensive than those provided by the carriers.

Mar 15,2022When you have a question or an issue there seems always to be someone available to assist….and it’s done with knowledge and in a polite way. I’ve not had to make a claim (thank goodness) but when I had to cancel a policy because the item had failed and was returned, I received a more than fair and immediate pro rate refund. We’ll done!

Mar 12,2022All went very well until this old-school guy had to try to upload a pdf. Should be easy, right? I think I uploaded the wrong pdf and will have to be calling to fix it. But, the rest of the process was easy and affordable. I look forward to 5 years of piece of mind!

Mar 12,2022So far, so good. The sign up process was easy enough. And the price is certainly substantially less than the All state prices these days! The proof in the pudding will be if I ever have to file a claim. How many hoops I have to "prove" my purchase, etc.
