Mar 03,2022The warranty cost is a lot lower than manufacturer and store warranties for longer protection. I needed to call customer service to finalize my warranty registration. The representative was excellent. I am impressed so far.

Mar 02,2022I signed up for and immediately canceled two warranty policies on two phones but I have yet to see a refund! I thought these phones were on the way, but I had problems and immediately canceled the warranties on phones that I will never own. How this process works itself out will determine if this company gets a higher rating from me the next time I do business here, if I do business here!

Mar 02,2022The purchase process was so easy. I like the fact that I could do it all online. All my emails were answered promptly, and the reps were very friendly and helpful! Hopefully, I will never have to use the warranty! If I do, I hope it goes just as smoothly as the purchasing process!

Mar 01,2022The true measure of an insurance company is how they handle your mis-fortunes. Hopefully Upsie is as easy to deal with as they are for the signing up. That being said, here's hoping I never have to finish this review.

Mar 01,2022Very easy to sign up with for warranty however I referred my daughter and she said she thought she had done it right for me to get the refferal amount but I didn't and text upsie and they did respond and said if it was done the rightward I would of received it as giving her you as a refferal she purchased 3 warranties for same cell phones I did so was a disappointed that neither I or her didn't get the referral. Thank you Tami

Feb 28,2022I think I have used Upsie warranty work ONCE in 3 years, and have no complaints. I just purchased two new phones for my family, and of course I went with Upsie warranty instead of using the high priced wireless carrier insurance.

Mar 03,2022First, the website does not work as it should be working. It's a REAL time consuming beast that is VERY uncooperative. Second, what did Upsie do to deserve a rating when all you did so far was to take my money for a repair plan??? How can I leave a review when I just purchased your repair plan???
