Having ordered 60 powerbanks elsewhere, I did not appreciate how difficult it would be to get them shipped to France for an expo due to the fact they are classed as dangerous/prohibited goods for transport. At short notice Karen (from USB2U) and the team, got some branded, boxed and shipped in a day! Not only that, but they took care of the highly troublesome shipping, meaning that within 5 working days my order arrived in France. I had spent hours, days even, trying to fix this problem and whilst “it was only a few powerbanks”, not having them would have been a bit of an issue for our Marketing Team.
