The platform design and user experience. Everything is easy to build and for the end user easy to navigate. The funnels and automations are also helpful. Very positive experience. They’re very helpful. I always feel inspired from the team and their recent london event was amazing. Really helpful to meet other content creators and hear what’s working for them. I love how our videos also look super professional and our users have a clean easy experience when enjoying our content.
UScreen's customer service is usually very good and often come to your need quickly. The new features that come out are cool and it seems like they're listening to their customers when they're coming out with them which is great!
I moved over to Uscreen just over two months ago and the experience has been wonderful. They were just what I was looking for and more. So user friendly and I have had the opportunity to connect with other creators. It feels they really care about their customers.
Uscreen has made doing online teaching and community to easy and effective. With it all built in one, there is no need for having to use tons of third party software (just a little). Technical support is very prompt and will help solve whatever problem is needed.

uscreen is the best option if you are trying to build a feature rich membership service. we came from vimeo OTT and the different in feature set has made us very happy. i've yet to have a bad experience with the platform.
I've tried many platforms for distributing my content (Wistia, Vimeo) and for managing my subscriptions (Teachable, Kajabi) but Uscreen was the one that had the cleanest interface, the highest resolution, the fastest connection, and the best tech support.
They have been very helpful in making sure my needs are met.

I cancelled my account and had payments from my subscribers pending. Over 30 days later, I still haven't received my payment. Things happen, which I understand, but the problem I have is the absolute inability to speak to an actual person to get this issue solved. I can only communicate through email and then my email isn't answered until 3am and my issue is not being addressed - so, I have to rewrite my complaint to try to explain the problem and wait till 3am when I receive a response - that isn't helpful. Wash, rinse, repeat. It's maddening. While I was an active subscriber, customer service was great. Now, that I'm not, it's abhorant. I've spend several hours the last 2 days trying to get someone to help me. I've left messages on their social media. It is absolutely unethical to not provide a way to speak to someone with this company especially when dealing with missing payments. I'm still missing $200 that I am aware of, maybe more, and I have yet to receive any helpful information. I'm livid. Avoid any company that would treat customers like this.
