Uscreen is absolutely fantastic! We're able to customize our site with ease and it's very user friendly. Our videos play without any problems, and our customers are very satisfied. Their customer service is always very responsive, which is great as well. I'm so glad we went with Uscreen!

I am a new user to uscreen, I really enjoy this easy solution to handle membership website. The positive points in my opinion: -easy quick solution to have a website ready to go - good support team, sometime it take long time to answer but they always go to the end of the problem with you and check back later if everything is good Some feature could be better: - having the possibility to create page easier (like the option landing page but for all not just the home page) -the price

Uscreen is a great company. We used another well-known OTT service for 2 years before switching to Uscreen. We were dissatisfied with the support at the other place and felt like we were treated like a little fish in a big pond. At Uscreen they are quick to respond and will do everything they can to get your problem solved quickly. They have also bent over backward to help with re-directs and customizations to the site. The owner is even willing to step in a lot of times and figure something out. They are also always adding new features and improvements. They practically beg for us to add feature requests and they "REALLY" work on them. The other company we were with was really dragging their feat with new features and wanted to charge you every time they came out with something new. Uscreen isn't perfect but it is working towards becoming better every day. I wouldn't be surprised to see them as THE leader in this space in 5-10 years.

Unfortunately, our salsa school has been closed for the past 12 months because of the pandemic. Thanks to Uscreen, we have been able to digitalize our classes, monetizing our VOD content and we plan to offer live events in the future. This allowed us to save the jobs in our school, and keep up the salsa spirit through these complicated times. We are extremely satisfied with the ongoing support and solutions brought to us by Uscreen team.

I engage directly with subscribers to the service we offer through Uscreen. If I ever need an answer or guidance for a customer, the Uscreen team (Francisco, in particular) is quick to reply and is thorough with their answer. There is even quicker response time when in an ongoing, active, conversation thread.

We've been using Uscreen for a few months now and i can say that so far we had no problems using the platform because it's very intuitive and if you have any questions you can contact them through the chat and they answer very fast.

I took a 14 day trial of uscreen on the 9th of January. I didn't like the platform because of extortionist charges. So, I cancelled within 10 days. I use a lot of SaaS products, so I was used to the process and I ALWAYS PUT AN ALARM ON MY CALENDAR, so I assumed that was it when I cancelled. Today, I logged into my bank account to find 2 months worth of payments to uScreen. So, I am assuming they had a glitch because I can't believe they would be stupid enough to intentionally not cancel accounts on request. Anyway, they saved my card details and kept charging me and would have continued to charge me had I not logged into my bank account. Every single software company emails you before the trial expires, and before every payment after you become a customer. And they DID NOT send me a single email to say that payment will be taken, and I have all my emails. So, this is 2 months in a tow. If they believe what I am saying is not true, PROVE IT. Because I can show you my mailbox. When I signed up for the trial, the cancellation was fairly straightforward. I logged in today, and recorded the whole process which I will publish so that you don't have to suffer like me. Most software or SaaS companies allow you to cancel the account by logging into the dashboard. It's fairly common in the industry. Uscreen insists on you emailing them. I don't get this. If a company is confident in its product and feels it offers great value, then why the desperation to put obstacles so that people have jump over barriers to cancel! More important people, don't sign up for ANY COMPANY that insists on card details in advance. Most companies nowadays don't want card details in advance. Look around, you will see I am right. I was stupid and and didn't believe their system would be this bad. One other thing you should know. Most companies like this will have customer support 7 days. Some will have 24/7 live chat. Even if it's not 24/7 chat, they will have email support 7 days, even if they don't have phone support. With Uscreen, as a PAYING customer, you will have to wait till Monday for someone responds to you. Imagine running VOD channel and something goes wrong and you are relying on people who do your IT (aka uscreen), and they are doing 9-5! I had no intention of going into all the problems I found with the platform. I had left after trying it, and just kept my opinions to myself. However, one of the worst things you can do to someone who gave you the courtesy of trying your product is to take money without permission, worst of it, not even a basic email to say that money was going to be taken, 2 MONTHS IN A ROW! I have since signed up for a platform where I am getting double the amount of videos, built in quizzes, iOS and Android app for less than $1500 per Year! uscreen prices for that would above $6-$10,000 a year. Just check with uscreen, they can tell you because I have the emails from uscreen support. uScreen, you need to refund me my money. It's the least you should do. Before you consider responding investigate this properly. Oh, one other thing. Does uscreen not care about its paying customers. If we assume for a second that I was a willing paying customer. The least a SaaS company "normally" would do is to check if that customer is logging into their account and if they are happy and if the onboarding has gone well etc. And the bare minimum basics like "have they uploaded videos or a site". That would have straight away given alarm bells to any customer service agent unless they are told to keep charging! I have not logged in after cancelling the trial within 14 days and never published it on a domain. That was almost 2 months ago. A few weeks ago I trialled Setmore scheduling app. Even though I did not proceed with them, I was shocked at how great the service was. They sent me emails to say why I wasn't logging in, and even called me twice to see if I needed help. I work in IT, so I know these are automated in their workflow, but even though I know this, I felt they appreciated my business. So, even after not using them, I would happily recommend them in the future because they made me feel valued. I think Setmore plans start at about $10 a month, and you guys start at $100 a month, so uscreen just ignores its customers. Business must be too good!

The Customer Support is some of the best (or maybe even THE best?) I've ever come across — such an amazing team, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. My team and I had to set up a film festival, which is not something that straightforward to do in Uscreen (as it's software built for VOD businesses, not events) so we ended up having to send a barrage of questions to the Support Team day and night for weeks. The help we were given exceeded our expectations and made all the difference! I'm so grateful to everyone that helped us out, especially to Diego, Adrian and Karina who responded to so many of our queries. Uscreen isn't just an impersonal service provider — it's the best partner a small business owner could find in their journey setting up their first VOD platform!

Die Firma ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Das geht gar nicht, dass sie einfach 99 $ abbuchen, wenn ein Testaccount abläuft. Die Kunden werden einfach verarscht.

When I was looking for a video on demand platform these were the most important requirements: - easy to build / understand / update and maintain - offers single purchases + subscriptions - professional look - fast and converting checkout - great customer support - ability to organise and monetise content properly - high development rate - transparant and fair fees On their website I saw there were some big content creators jumping on the Uscreen bandwagon which made me give them a try. Building the platform was very smooth, the builder tool works like a charm and they use liquid code which is comparable to what Shopify uses and makes custom tweaks easy. As we offer content from our partners it was very important to make sure they loved the look & feel of the platform and felt their content is in safe hands, this is definitely the feedback we receive. The checkout is ultra fast and we see this in our conversion rates. I have nothing but great experiences with the amazing people that work for Uscreen, all very kind and capable. The way you can organise content is great, basically you can create collections of videos. These can be offered as a single purchase but can also be included in a subscription or even a one time purchase bundle of different collections combined. This structure makes it easy and flexible to offer the right value. The developers at Uscreen are constantly adding new features and the best thing is that they prioritise new features by what the Uscreen users ask. The pricing is very clear and fair which is the opposite of my experiences with VIMEO where they take a massive chunk of earnings. As an EU user it would be great to have some more payment options (SEPA / iDeal etc.) that fit better for customers here and give you the option to avoid the high PayPal fees. I have been assured this is something they are working on. All in all we are very happy using Uscreen for our VOD platform. If you don't have the resources to invest in your own custom platform built from scratch, I would definitely recommend going with them.

Classic bait and switch. I spent hours deciding whether to use VIMEO vs Trustpilot. They randomly started imposing time limits on uploads now that I've invested so much money/time into building out the platform. They know demand is high for impoverished businesses like mine and practice predatory greedy behavior. Avoid at all costs.

I have been looking for a video monetization company for a long time. After, getting demos and trying out multiple companies I found that Uscreen had a the best features and was most cost efficient for my initial launch of my business online.
