Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services. Uscreen's customer service is second to none and they also have OTT options, so I'm able to distribute my VOD through a number of apps and marketplaces. My one hang-up is that since users pay for access, I'd like to see Uscreen taking no cut of the earnings. It just seems like double-dipping when account holders are already paying for a monthly/yearly subscription and Uscreen pulls a service fee and a $0.10 per subscriber fee every month. Overall, Uscreen has excellent options for monetizing my video content and grow my brand. Five well-earned stars.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Uscreen. Migrating my small niche community from Wistia and Circle.so was seamless. My customers love the new platform and my revenue has tripled in the first 3 months since switching!

It's the exact system I need for my membership. I wanted to create a Netflix for podcasters, and even built out a version one on top of WordPress. But Uscreen does everything I need it to do and more. It was a no-brainer for me to switch.

If I had to sum up our experience with Uscreen thus far - it's been one of the best choices we've made. We moved from another service and right from the get go the onboarding experience, transition and set up with Uscreen was simple. We were supported by an incredible team in our transition and to this day the team we work with are helpful, kind, interested and supportive. We moved to Uscreen for a few reasons. 1. The features they offer are the best. Apps, built in communities and they're constantly rolling out new features. 2. Support - the tech support for us and the customer support for our clients is great. 3. The themes and features are up-to-date and look great. Nothing looks dated and the customer experience is simple and appealing to the eye. Over the last 6 months with Uscreen we've noted a steady increase in sales, much higher customer retention and daily engagement with our users. The built in Communities are the key to building these relationships and Uscreen makes it easy. If you are looking for a place where you can house your videos and offer cutting edge features for your customers then Uscreen is the place to go.

From the first contact to regular contact every single month for over 2 years. This is a great platform but the people at Uscreen are amazing and are always looking to improve the platform. That excited me.

The supportive and efficient customer success team at Uscreen played a crucial role in smoothing the onboarding process and continues to impress with regular check-ins. I am particularly fond of the live streaming feature, which has added a dynamic edge to our content. In instances of technical questions, I've found the customer support team to be exceptionally quick and helpful, ensuring a seamless service.

Very easy to set everything up, nice-looking and user-friendly website templates. Customer service is quick to respond, and their help section is extensive and useful. They are always adding new features and improving. A more accessible price point for the apps would be great, but happy with it overall.

I have never signed up to this "uscreen" service yet they will contiuninely send me emails about "missed billing payments" of $99.99. I received about 6 emails in 20 minutes of eachother, even though i have asked every time to stop emailing me.

I have never signed up or used Uscreen but I've been getting constant emails from multiple different Uscreen accounts, saying my subscription hasn't gone through. Stop emailing me spam! I've never used your service.

I made a trial on the part of Uscreen 2 months ago and it happened that, despite I have disabled the subscription, Uscreen has contentinu to steal my money to date. I tried to ask for an explanation, but the only thing they tried to do is convince me to use the platform. But I don't want to use their service also because all the platforms turn out to be the same and aesthetically obscene! I have moved to another cheaper and more serious OTT provider.

I was billed $199.00 on 9/6/2022 then $199.00 on 9/19/2022 there contracts are $199 a month but they billed me in 2 weeks. wow double their contract.

I think this software may not be all things to all people but it's an incredibly helpful, simple, productive tool for someone selling video content. Has a great feature that schedules releases and expires releases. For me that was the one thing no one else had. Excellent. I'd say, though, that the best feature are the customer support folks. I've had a few conversations with them (Kylie in particular) and was very, very happy with how happy they were to help me and how well they answered all of my questions and got me set up. Good stuff. I recommend.

Great customer success manager (Emma). Really takes the time to understand our business and what is required to help it grow. Uscreen takes their customer's feedback seriously and finds ways to prioritize them, make those priorities visible for all customers to see. You can see that they are working hard to make the platform better every day! As a customer I feel valuable and important to them.
