While the overall needs of the Uscreen community don't always match up with our organization's most pressing needs, UScreen advisors always answer our questions and help us with our own needs. We appreciate new feature roll outs and we appreciate the forward thinking nature of the UScreen team.

The Membership+ platform is great for going deeper into the membership business model, and helps you develop yours. There are calls planning every week if you wanna be guided as well - experience very complete !

Jun 21,2024I've been with Uscreen since 2020 and have enjoyed fantastic support throughout. Tech queries are usually answered in minutes, features are steadily rolled out, and everything is slick. This makes my job as a creator so much easier, because I can focus on making quality videos, knowing that the payments systems and renewals, notifications, apps, chatroom, everything just works! There is some room for improvement in features for online learning, and the price is high, but you're getting a dedicated team that looks out for your success so it's worth it.

Jun 12,2024I have been using the Uscreen platform for over 3 years and I am really happy to host my membership platform on it. I find the framework really user friendly. There are plenty of in built marketing tools to help with automations and also to reduce churn. I've also found the customer service/teach team support to be second to none - speedy responses with a genuine desire to help! I also recently found out about Membership + which is Uscreen's support community group full of resources to help encourage and inspire membership owners! If you're looking to start your own membership, I would have no hesitation to recommend Uscreen!

May 25,2024I've moved my movement platform to Uscreen from Kajabi after experiencing how much it would improve the user experience of my members. The Uscreen team is dynamic and dedicated - updates are frequent and the community can submit feature requests freely. The way the sites and apps are build is well optimised for video content. From features like filters, playlists, livestream to well designed forum, I believe Usceen has really helped my business flourish. The customer support is also faster than in any other service I've used. For context, I've been using Uscreen since April 2023.

May 17,2024The team at Uscreen is dedicated to making you, the creative, succeed with the tools they've made available to us. From initial contact to post-purchase follow-up, the team at Uscreen has always been there for me. Their pricing model allows you to get in at a price point that makes the most sense for where you are with your business and they work with you as want to "graduate" to more advanced features and capabilities--never pushing you to do so. Once you're on board, make sure to participate in their Office Hours live stream. It's a great opportunity to interact with both Uscreen staff and users alike. Perfect for not only addressing technical issues but also business strategies and getting the most from your membership. With products and pricing all over the map for this kind of product, what sets Uscreen apart from the other's is its dedication to the creatives out there. (I refuse to use the word "creator". Personal preference there.) Whatever platform you choose, keep in mind that there's always a balance of features and usability. I personally believe that Uscreen has this balance down but they don't rest on their laurels. They're always looking at better ways to do things and that makes it totally worth the subscription in my view.

May 11,2024I've been using Uscreen for a few years to host and sell my e-learning site and the experience has been awesome! I tried a lot of other sites (Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, Learnworlds) and although those sites did a lot of the same things just with a different layout, however, I noticed that the video delivery was very linear for customers. My customers, college students, follow different paths and that's why Uscreen was a game changer for me because their layout is similar to Netflix. Where students can search for what they want, go through the categories and playlists I've made and find what they need. Since most of my students are covering different topics at any time, Uscreen's layout was a huge selling point for me. Once I built my site, I found that it had everything I needed to start selling my membership. Over time, Uscreen kept adding more features that I needed which I loved. I also started getting more involved in giving them feedback and I appreciate their team taking the time to understand how I use their product and improve it based on my recommendations and other users. In addition to that, they have a members area where they give you tips on how to grow as well as livestreams where you can talk to the team and other creators. I would definitely recommend Uscreen to content creators looking to build their own membership site!

May 10,2024Uscreen was exactly what I was looking for in my membership site. I took a LONG time comparing and weighing the options, talking to other people, and I did not make the wrong choice. The customer support is wonderful. I’m currently a one-person team and it’s extremely helpful to be able to get answers quickly. My customer success manager has been great from the beginning, too. The platform has been intuitive to use, and there are tutorials for the things that are not. They are always adding more features, and their membership community is helpful for new ideas and ways to grow.

I love the marketing and outreach tools that are integrated into their product experience. My customer success manager is great too - she's been helping me evolve as a marketer.
