No plugins, no membership site, you don't even need a CRM or payment gateway. It is all on one platform and it is user friendly for your customers or followers . LOVE it!

May 28,2020Uscreen has fantastic customer service and has been a huge support to me for the entire duration of my business launch as a solopreneur. When I was designing my membership site and not yet a customer, they made themselves available to answer all my questions as I planned how I would use the platform. We established a relationship, and they always make sure to understand exactly what I'm trying to do and provide the best advice. When I was opening for the first time they were reliably there to promptly address my many questions. Uscreen's platform is great and I love how they are always enhancing and growing right along with my business.

I love everything about them - from their friendly and prompt customer service to their platform! It feels as though their platform is designed from the point of view of the client rather than trying to scheme with hidden costs and restrictions. This is a transparent company, and they offer more than what I could have hoped for - from marketing tools, customer analyzation, control over invoices, pricing structure, website design, and more. I could not be happier to be working with Uscreen.

May 21,2020I have been using Uscreen for over a year and I absolutely love it. My members also the love the platform. It allowed me to take my small brick and motor boutique fitness studio online and create another revenue stream. I was using another VOD platform before I signed up with Uscreen, and I was so frustrated with this other platform and its non-user friendly interface. Then I found Uscreen after doing a ton of research and was able to get my new website on Uscreen built and content loaded in a weekend. Uscreen is easy to use, and the customer service and on-boarding process was easy and so supportive. The support team is top notch and always responds in a timely manner. Now that my brick and motor business had to close due to Covid-19, I am beyond grateful for this platform, and all the work and care that goes on behind the scenes to make it run smoothly. I have recommend it to everyone I know in the fitness industry that needed to bring their studios online. I have also recommended Uscreen to friends that are not in the fitness industry but needed to pivot their businesses quickly during Covid and get online and monetize their online programs and content. The world has changed suddenly and Uscreen provides an opportunity to get your business online and share and monetize your business all over the world. Another thing Uscreen continues to be top notch in is their ability to provide new features and functions to their platform. They listen to what their users need and take feedback seriously. Uscreen has implemented new features such as the live stream chat function. This has transformed the way I interact with my members during live streams. It has helped me build and foster community and keep my members feeling supported and engaged. I know that this element of community is what makes my business thrive and my members feel the difference when I can connect with them. As a small business owner I appreciate the affordability of Uscreen and the companies efforts to help their users to succeed. May 20,2020Uscreen helped me with a massive migration from Vimeo/VHX (almost 1000) videos and were extremely accommodating. Migrations are always painful, but I felt the Uscreen team was there for me and my team as we navigated the process together. COVID-19 absolutely decimated our physical yoga studios (Humming Puppy) and we were forced to develop an online offering in a very very short amount of time and with Uscreen we were up and running within a few days. Everything was extremely easy to use and the fact that we were able to get up and running without any technical/coding experience was amazing. We looked at other platforms and Uscreen just ticked every box for us.. from pricing to usability to content management, it genuinely just does everything we want and does it exceptionally well! Highly recommend!!!

May 09,2020They get you to pay $200 you load all your content on then when you request the apps to load onto Roku etc they then tell you ist another $950 to $2000 are they having a laugh. Plus it took them 3 weeks to even reply to my app request. Honestly total con and rip off just wasted 3 weeks and $200

May 07,2020Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Uscreen and PJ, as he likes to aid businesses to break the law in order to keep his products. He threatened to sue me if I did not play to his game.. Bring on the lawsuit... hope your coming to Canada. I have alerted the police about this company and our government. We were under state of emergency and PJ told me on a recorded line to break the law and get him documents that could of been provided when things resume but no PJ likes to break the law. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I can't wait for the judge to hear the recording of this man telling me to break the law and COVID-19 is no big deal!

Customer service is Legit. At age 45 was scared to death of “computer geeks”. Not here great group of people. Customer service is legit.

Apr 10,2020Absolute crap with customer service. My site is down right now and I can't get a human. "customer service" emails take 3-7 days to respond and don't fix anything. 3 weeks and no one can ever fix an issue. Leaving them as fast as we can. Update: I added one more star because on one of my computers my website is finally working

Oct 11,2019Thanks for creating such an awesome service! Uscreen has helped me create a sustainable business around my videos. They took all the hard work out of generating income from my content. As a musician, I don't have the resources nor the skills required to build a subscription video service. Uscreen is super easy to set up and I built a beautiful VOD site using their awesome themes. I love their geo-blocking feature, their CDN is solid. Their live events feature has allowed me to broadcast and monetize my live shows. Uscreen is the best video monetization platform out there! They have the nicest customer success team. They are always working on new features as well as improving the apps.

My husband (and business partner) then found Uscreen online so we decided to just give them a ping and see if they can help us out. From the first point of contact, we were blown away by how knowledgeable their entire team was! They helped us migrate from the old platform, helped us figure out some details about the payment processing and we just recently relaunched our mobile apps. Our users are super-happy, and we even landed our first ever five start review on the apps store!!! All thanks to Uscreen. We love you people.

Jun 22,2020Uscreen's technical customer support is excellent. I have worked with a large number of technical support folks over the years. Both as the customer and as the tech support. The Uscreen team reply to messages very quickly and are very polite and knowledgeable. So often do tech companies use template email responses that don't address the concern or question raise but the folks at Uscreen actually take the time to read and understand what you're after.
