I had a fantastic customer service experience with Sana. I had just recently purchased an eSIM for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and was having issues connecting to a network. Sana worked tirelessly with me to get the issue sorted. Now my eSIM is working as it should and I have a US Mobile number while being abroad.

Simra Shabbir was SO helpful! I have a unique situation, so setting up my phone plan with US Mobile was a bit complicated, but Simra made a frustrating situation so much better with her patient attitude and helpfulness. I got disconnected from our chat multiple times during my unexpectedly lengthy set up process, and each time I was able to reconnect with her and she jumped back in to solve the issue. I probably would have given up and switched to another provider without Simra's assistance. Overall: 10/10 customer service, and I'm enjoying the phone service now as well.

Replaced my old phone with a new one and had some trouble transfering from a physical sim card to an eSim. Mar 04,2025My son found US Mobile and it's an incredible deal and service for our family! Both of my boys have new phones so it was seamless to get them set up and rolling. My husband and I were using another mobile/internet copy and I just made the switch with an outdated Samsung S10. I ported in the number and was able to make calls quickly. However, I was unable to send a picture through text and noticed I was receiving type but a lot of other messages would not download or open. Then my mobile data also stopped working. Luckily Zeeshan Shafiq answered the chat tonight and troubleshooted my phone issues. He was not deterred but tenacious until he found the app that would force access point names, repeatedly trying different methods until we got it to work. I can't emphasize enough how patient, kind, sincere and helpful he was. I hope your company recognizes your value Zeeshan. :)
