Just signed up with US Mobile and their team through chat is very responsive Especially Raiyan. Much more than Cox mobile whose chat seems to be down. We will see how it goes with US Mobile

I really appreciated the customer service I received from Areesha Nayer when I was having trouble getting an eSIM transferred. She was patient and helpful, and she stuck around until we were sure everything was set.
Had quite a bit of trouble getting my new eSIM to work. Went without service for a full day. Used the US Mobile help center, and within minutes Muhammad Hashim got me all set up with no issues. It's working great now.
4 plans were charged to my account in one day without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted customer service on their chat box, first Mohammed & then Farrukh straightened things out for me very quickly. I expected clearing it would take hours, but it only took minutes. Thanks.
