Feb 06,2025Zeeshan helped me update my account email address, he was very polite and helped me right away with my problem I’ve had great experience with US Mobiles customer service the few times I’ve needed it, and all have only been for minor inconveniences that were all fixed as fast as possible, and everyone has been very polite and understanding

Abbas spent well over 30 minutes helping me through the process, including instructing a work-around after my phone didn't recognize the QR code emailed from US Mobile. I am now happy to be back with US Mobile and the great assistance your customer service reps provide.

Feb 06,2025Service agent Asia has been great! I was having some issues with MMS, the problem was on my end not US Mobile. But she managed to get all of the issues cleared up in no time. She was patient and helped me get 1 phone switched over and fix the issues with my other, I can't talk highly enough enough US Mobile customer sevice!

Feb 05,2025Great customer service... and easy to navigate website....and phone app. I don't know why it took me so long to switch to USM and stop paying $$$ on VZ. I have not tried to switch carriers ( I stayed on Warp-VZ) but love that USM is the only MVNO offering service on all 3 carriers ......
