Don't believe claims made by customer service. Had 3 separate chat exchanges with customer service addressing nuances of overseas calling. The content differed frhe USM site. To ensure that I was protected by having chat transcripts, asked to obtain copies. Suddenly a reluctance by USM. Said they would send via email within 1-2 hours. Still no transcripts 1-2 WEEKS later ... even when I provided the chat #. Disbelieving the high ratings here.
When I start up, they helped me all the way through payment to download with a couple problems. great service

Zeeshan Shafiq was amazing!! I had an issue with my phone and my wife's phone wasn't working right either. I was connected for over 2 hours working and trying everything he said, and at every turn he was right there with another few suggestions and was incredibly patient with me. Zeeshan stayed with me and didn't stop until we got both phones up and working perfectly again. Thank you sooo much!!!!
Tech Support helped me setup my kid's Apple watch with their mobile service. Was a bit of a challenge since the supporting IPhone is on another carrier but Abeer worked at it until we had a solution and the watch was finally set up with the cellular plan. I give him a '5' for his efforts, US Mobile gets a '4' because it's great that they offer standalone plans for watches but it was a solid two hours working to get it set up.
Everything was understood and taken care of easily and nicely. Adnan Jirjees was great!!

There seems to be a glitch once in a while BUT their customer service team is amazing. Sometimes it would take over an hour for them through chat to resolve our issues. This is such time. Worked with Hassan for a while then the conversation expired. Then continue working with Nebeel who finally figured it out. Thanks guys for your help. Glad it's over the weekend when I have all the time to chat with y'all!

Recently purchased a stand alone apple watch plan for my daughter. Set up did not go as described so did a chat with support. Zayn worked hard to get us up and running, and by the end we had a working apple watch. Thanks for the help!
While there are some growing pains here and there, overall I'm very happy with the customer service I receive whenever I contact support.
Fantastic support is what sold me to join USM. It took me a while to pick a new company and after seeing their support team in action both in chat and on reddit it was enough for me to switch there. Last support chat I had with Zeeshan Shafiq was great, as always. Got my issue handled quickly and was a real pleasure which is hard to find these days.
Adnan was very helpful and informative with assisting me in finding the best plan for my location!

I can't even consider this provider because the coverage map is covered in text boxes so I can't see the coverage map. What idiot thought this would be good? Freaking idiot idea to completely cover the information people need to make a decision. I don't like working with idiots.
