I had a problem with visual voicemail on 3 lines. Abeera Ali was able to get the VVM working quickly on all three lines. Thanks for the good support. I’ve had a few positive experiences with the online chat support.

Zeeshan Shafiq went above and beyond to assist me with switching networks and upgrading my phone plan. We did this over online chat and everything went very smoothly. He was with me every step of the way and made sure that I wasn't having any issues. I'm so glad that I was able to compare a number of cell phone plans before I decided to settle on US Mobile. I would highly recommend them for the services provided, the variety of phone plan packages, access to all 3 major cell phone networks, and 24-hour customer support by phone, email, or chat, all at a reasonable price. What's not to like? :-)

All my questions were answered well, so I was able to make comparisons to another company's offers. Adnan Jirjees was able to see if devices I had were compatible, and let me know that combining plans in different ways would allow me to qualify for a perk.

Top tier. That's all I can say. No complaints. At all. Even when I run out of "high speed" data my device is fast. Top tier customer service, too. Asia BiBi and many others are TOP TIER. The cost in my opinion doesn't match what we get, and that is in a good way. My opinion. It's a steal. Shhh. Don't tell the higher ups. Jk. They actually respond to customers. Yes. You heard me, correctly. Sign up!

The best network ever only the international calling that is the best option for US Mobile their prices their options the freedom that you can transfer between the three major network AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile is just amazing and just in click of a button on your app and in 10 minutes you’re switched to another network no other company in the United States can provide that and their prices is awesome of what they offer. And all what I just talked about it just in one price, including taxes that is $44 a month I mean wow , i’ve been with them for two years now and I think I’ll be with them forever and I will make everybody switch to their network

Best Carrier in the US. I've been with USM since July 2024, I've had nothing but great experiences. Great support, great plan value, great coverage. If I was to recommend a carrier to anyone in the US, it'd be US Mobile. Not just because of their amazing services, prices, support, features, web dashboard, and staff-backed subreddit, but mainly because they offer truly affordable and easy access to all 3 of the biggest US cellular carriers with no additional charges to pick one over the other. They offer priority data on two of the three, T-Mobile being the one who doesn't have priority data - though, if T-Mobile works in your area then it's unlikely that priority data even makes a difference. US Mobile is truly amazing, especially with their new limitless dark star plan. I just got off chat for swapping my annual plan to the limitless plan with AT&T QCI8, and the rep asked me to leave a review on TrustPilot, so here I am. US Mobile is amazing!

I had an excellent experience with US Mobile's chat customer service, thanks to Zeeshan Shafiq. I needed to port my and my wife’s numbers from different accounts into one for easier management. Zeeshan made the whole process seamless and quick. He efficiently handled the necessary security checks and, within seconds, completed the porting. His professionalism and speed were impressive. I've been with US Mobile for a trial period, and I was impressed from day one. Now, at the end of my trial, I’m even more impressed with the level of service and ease of use they offer. From customer support to the overall experience, it’s been fantastic. I truly appreciate how simple and hassle-free Zeeshan made what could have been a complicated task. Thanks to him, managing our accounts is now so much easier. Great service, and I look forward to continuing with US Mobile!

Bilal Moiz was very helpful and took the time to explain the different options to me. However, the website and listed services could be clearer. It’s somewhat misleading to advertise a "Free Apple Watch plan" as included when, in reality, this only applies to the Warp (Verizon network) plan and not the advertised Darkstar (AT&T) account.
