Initially I was unsure that purchasing a secondhand laptop was a good idea, but the Dell that came was a very pleasant surprise. The only indication of use was a couple of minor scratch marks on the case, but the keyboard was in perfect condition. I am delighted with it.

The refurbished laptop was fine - condition exactly as described and very fair price. Only minor complaint was relative lack of communication - apart from acknowledgement of payment I heard nothing for nearly a week and had to phone to get a despatch date.

Five stars because although the refurbished machine is great value for money and in good condition, I had a couple of challenges and when I phoned them twice I got immediate answer both times, and got swift and helpful friendly attention from two people and an instant and easy fix. Just a driver, very happy and WILL deal with them again. Highly recommended. Thank you Sam and thank you Dean.

Needed a laptop running XP for some old CAD software, the laptop arrived promptly and was packed in a strong cardboard box with an airbag surrounding the computer, so no chance of any transit damage. I am delighted with the condition of the laptop, I had to look really hard to find any marking, scratches etc, battery has given me over two hours use before re charging, I cannot fault the laptop or val-u-computers and I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

My A grade Lenovo T400 is in excellent condition and shows very little evidence of its age. For the price of £130 I have a robust PC which is powerful enough for my needs and I am very happy with this purchase.
