Refurbished computer works very well and is a real bargain. It arrived only a day or two after order much to my delight, and Kurtis was very helpful with any brief questions on e-mail. HIghly recommended.

This is the third computer I have had from Valuecomputrs, All have been excellent value and are working flawlessly. A small problem with a lap top battery was fixed instantly by supplying a brand new battery. I would not hestiate to recommend this companies service

This is my second laptop from Val-U-Computers. It came well packed and the condition was as good as new. Dispatch very fast. Performance so far so good. The previous laptop generated screen problems just inside the warranty. When I explained the problem with short video clip, it was quickly and satisfactorily repaired so I can vouch for their customer service too. Highly recommended.

Good price. Item arrived well-packaged and complete; worked straight from the box. Only niggles were that shipping took longer than I anticipated (over a week) and the Courier did not contact to advise of delivery time-window. Other than that, am very staisfied for now and will review after the unit has been in use for several months.

Good communication, easy to deal with and a decent delivery time. I did request the driver rang when he arrived at site which he failed to do so I had to hunt for my item but other than that, no issues at all, thank you.

Laptop matched description although did not come with email application. The supplier did respond promptly to my concerns on this & offered advice on the many options available. Delivery was on the hour that they notified me of, however the courier tried to deliver to a house across the road which could have been tricky because we don't "get on". Of greater concern - I asked for signed for delivery on the order but the courier did not ask for my signiture and declined it when I offered to sign.

Would've got 5 but for a poor comms about a delayed delivery. However, I would not hesitate in using them again. The actual item is superb, excellent avlue for money and exactly what I wanted and needed for a specific purpose.

I ordered a Refurbished Dell laptop with a 32bit Windows 10 Professional installed with a SSD drive. This arrived within the time suggested and was securely packaged. All additional items requested were present and correct. The installation and free software was included as specifies. Refurbished laptop had scuff marks on lid as the advert specified but other than that is in excellent condition. I have had other laptops previously and never had a problem. Great Value and great service on both occasions.
