Very satisfied, he did not have the same model but offered either full refund or a machine of higher specification at no additional cost. Would recommend them to anyone seeking a refurbished computer.

The computer arrived a couple of days later, really well packed and in excellent condition. Really happy with this firm and would highly recommend.
