As someone who hates Windows 10, my only option to stick with Windows 7 was to buy a refurbished laptop. A work colleague had told me that he had bought a refurb SSD PC and it was super fast. So I bought a Dell (have used before) with 480 Gb of SSD and 16Gb of RAM. With an external HDD for storage it boots up in about 15 seconds. Really pleased, the fastest PC I have ever owned.

I needed a Windows XP laptop to connect to robots which do not have updated software inside. Worked perfectly. The offer of a free upgrade to windows 7 was well appreciated but would have invalidated my reason for buying an XP machine. Great service and communication from Val-U. Would recommend to anyone

Val-U-Computers were recommended to me by my boss so I got my Dell refurbished laptop from them. It arrived in very good condition with Windows updates very up to date. Very pleased with it. I then phoned to get help installing the Bullguard antivirus protection I bought at the same time. Kurtis answered the phone and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is a credit to this company. When ordering it all staff were very polite,friendly and helpful. This is a 5 star company that I highly recommend.
