Great experience with Vanzone. I found the van I was looking for on their website. They quickly confirmed that it was available and sorted all the required paperwork for the sale. I was contacted by John who was very professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. Van arrived on the scheduled delivery date. Process was easy and smooth. Vanzone director, Daniel Sumpter, has acknowledged that The Sale of Goods Act 1979 states he must sell goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nevertheless, early and subsequent requests for Vanzone to replace or refund the Citroen Relay van we purchased from them have been refused despite ongoing engine faults that render the van undriveable. Our business purchased this brand new Citroen Relay van from Vanzone 398 days ago and it has been unusable for 312 days of that time due to related engine faults that Citroen have been unable to repair. The purchasing process with Vanzone was good - they were efficient at taking the money. Vanzone customer service have been relatively attentive but have limited power. On some occasions they liaised with Citroen on our behalf but in November 2023 when it was escalated to their director their involvement stopped. The director's stance is, "Your warranty still stands with Citroen the brand, therefore these issues will need to be rectified by the brand as we do not build the vehicles". Citroen customer care have recommended a rejection of the vehicle and require Vanzone (as the retailer) to agree to this and to approach them for support. Vanzone have not done this and we can no longer obtain any replies despite our efforts to communicate with director Daniel Sumpter and Vanzone customer service team. At the time of writing the faulty van that Vanzone sold to us has been unusable for 78% of its life since purchase and it is stranded outside a Citroen dealership. We find ourselves having to prepare litigation against Vanzone (Principality Motor Company LTD) to find a resolution and to obtain compensation. Make of that what you will.
I would highly recommend Vanzone. From the initial talk with Lloyd about purchasing a new van. Also the admin team kept me updated etc thanks to Christina, Emily & Marie. All very professional and quick to reply to any questions. Delivery driver kept me informed on his ETA and arrived in mint condition.5 Stars

Delivery date on my van was double what they quoted me, they hide behind its only a approx time when quoted but none refundable 1k deposit. Final invoice to pay 1k more than invoice sent, to cap it all off log book registered to wrong address. Never again

Although I was initially apprehensive when I ordered my vehicle and had to wait a year for the van to arrive… I was kept fully up to speed and I am delighted with the new van. It is exactly as I ordered with no hiccups. The process was seamless… even the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.

Ordered 2 pick ups, paid deposits, was informed that the 2 pick up had my name on them and that I could hand my old pickup back to the leasing company, this was going too same me money. Returned my old lease pick up at a cost to me, them was informed they cannot deliver the 2 orders I made, leaving me out of pocket and no vehicle. Asked for a transcript of the telephone conversation where they informed me to return my current leased vehicle. But never got transcript, just got excuses everytime I phoned.
