Truth hurts doesn't it so let start my review again 1* is far to generous, if there was a minus options I would use it! What went wrong, well what went right. Promised the van was in stock by the sales team in the December of 2021. Don't receive van until end of February 2022. When the van arrives the delivery driver throws the keys at us and leaves, no handover. Vehicle once inspected by us has faults. Oil leak, screw through the arch and the sensors are showing a fault. Once we speak to the "customer service team" (if you can call them that) at Vanzone she says we need to call warranty. Brand new van why is it delivered faulty? When we call the warranty we are told van is too new and they don't cover us?! Back to Vanzone "customer service team" and their "excellently crap" customer service skills. Finally vehicle is seen by a garage, no courtesy vehicle provided. I am self employed, this is my business! Vanzone do not care! Don't waste your money here! How can you improve - Commit to your promises, resolve the issues raised to you. Have a service level agreement of response. When you say you will call back attention do. Customer Service team pay attention when you say your going to do something, do it! Resolve my issue! Now seeking legal advice as they are a sham! Van still faulty! If you actually want to go to work don't buy a van from Vanzone as it will spend 90% of the year in the garage or on the drive faulty! Fully recommend buying a van from anywhere else. I now have a lovely MAN Van. 10/10 and 5*'s for my new supplier.

Received my new van. Was delayed by 5 months, but this down to Renault supply issues. Vanzone can be sometimes slow getting back to you. But do eventually get things sorted. My issues were resolved agreeably.
Promised out new van would arrive in October 2022 - actually arrived in February 2023 with scratches, dents and engine management lights on. Vanzone are not at all interested in resolving the issue and tell us it is our problem to sort out with the manufacturer - lesson learnt buy direct with the manufacturer not through vanzone
Just taken delivery of a new Citroen Relay from Vanzone and have been generally pleased with the process We did have a small hiccup along the way but to be fair it was dealt with professionally and promptly which is all anybody can ask for

My company has ordered a Vauxhall Movano we were asked to pay the full amount by the end of November so that the vehicle could be delivered 1st week in December. We paid for the vehicle and are still waiting, with poor communication back from Van Zone .
