Ordered a new van from Vanzone in September and was told they only had three available for delivery on the 15th of November as the price was so good we were happy to wait. Unfortunately due to Nissan delaying delivery Vanzone couldn’t meet the delivery date. Dan was very helpful offering and alternative or a refund of my deposit.
Have had a great experience with Vanzone, ordered my Ford ranger wild track in June through dale, it was expected delivery for mid - end sept , it arrived on 11th oct and delivered to me on the 18th, in this climate a couple of weeks over due isn’t bad , Emily at customer services was also very helpful, would highly recommend Vanzone .

UPDATE: We did receive a refund of our deposit, although this was not originally forthcoming and for that we thank Vanzone. We have had a similar experience to other unhappy customers. Paid a £1000 deposit in April 2021 for delivery June/July. Were then told there was as a delay to September. Come September we are told there is another delay to February/March 2022. Reason for ordering the van was so we would be ready for the introduction of the ULEZ zone in October 2021. Waiting until February/March would cost us thousands having to pay ULEZ fees in the interim. Can't cancel as that would mean we forfeit the deposit, and Vanzone won't refund it, in spite of the fact they have been unable to fulfil their delivery promise and still can't give us a firm delivery date for months in the future. Be very careful about what you sign with them, their obligations are very vague about when you will get the van and they are quick to fall back on the fact it's not their fault - Brexit, global pandemic, shortage of parts ... They say they can't cancel with the manufacturer so clearly they have no relationships with manufacturers. Simply asking for our deposit back due to failure to deliver the product but met with a flat no. Their sales person has told us they can sell that van over and over again because there is such a shortage, but they are not prepared to return our deposit and do that. Not sure the order, or van, actually exists.
Ordered a van from Vanzone last month and there has been a misunderstanding and some miscommunication. Spoken to management and all sorted and dealt with in a professional manner. The full spec can be found in the attached brochure.” this is the e-mail we got in april from vanzone, saying they have 3 vans in stock. the next day we paid the £1000.00 nonrefundable downpayment. a couple of weeks after we had a phone call from vanzone telling us that they are not going to be able to deliver till august, and after we told them that we are not happy with the fact that they lied about having the vans on stock, they said they will deliver in july. but in july we got another call from vanzone telling us that the delivery need to wait till august. I posted a 1 star review on trustpilot and the next day some other person from vanzone called and offer to give us the downpayment money back or if we can wait till august he will deliver in august. because we needed a van and ordering one from somewhere else would have got us the van later that that we asked them to have the van delivered at the begining of september, so that it will have a 71 plate. they said it won’t be a problem and the van will be delivered with 71 plates, but he asked us to remove the review, which I did. however a week ago they started calling again this time saying that the van is here and if we don’t have it in the next 10 days, with 21 plate, we will need to wait until november. so my advice is: DON’T TRUST VANZONE, don’t do bussiness with them, cause they missold us a van, and I can guarantee we are not the only ones
I was looking at buying a van when I rang up I spoke with dayle, the service he provided was 5* from start to finish, told him what my price range was and also what’s vans I was interested in, didn’t try and push anything on extra everything was how I wanted it would recommend this guys to anyway especially dayle, the customer service are great aswell with updates every few weeks, would 100% use again, Kind regards James
I spent months researching which transporter van to buy and from where, luckily for me I decided to go with Vanzone. It was by far one of my best decisions ever. I initially dealt with Dale for the whole order and spec process who’s knowledge and professionalism was superb. His personalised style and friendly nature made me feel completely at ease throughout every stage of my order. Both he and the Admin team were extremely slick. At one stage some of the order details were handled by the owner Jamie, he was also first class and handled my query with complete confidence. Vanzone cancelled my factory order 5 months after paying my deposit. They said they could reorder it for me at a higher price. They refused to honour the original contract price. I found out from internet forums that they do this regularly. Other customers had their September orders for the same van cancelled in January (at the same time that they accepted my order). If you cancel the order you loose your deposit, but if they decide to cancel it they just refund the deposit .They blame the manufacturer for cancelling the order, but I don’t believe them. I would definitely not try to buy from Vanzone again.
Ordered a new Renault Master van in January. Was told March/April delivery. Chased up and was told May delivery and the van was registered. Last spoke to customer services on 21st May was told they would find out and call me back the same day. STILL NOTHING !!!!! Now having to spend money on our old van that should have been gone by now. Update. We now have a delivery Date of June 3rd. Another update. It's now 18 June. Van was damaged on the way for delivery. Now can't even get a delivery date or find out how bad the damage is. Had payment in full and this is where we are !!!!
Great experience Ford Ranger correct spec delivered within tight deadline. Was a problem with a refund of my making but was sorted without difficulty and very prompt emails/phone calls. Would use again.
Deciding on purchasing a new van for the business, the deal looked a good deal with the importance for us of van being delivered within 7 days as specified in the advert and the salesman also clarifying this. Passes finance, paid £500 deposit and waiting for van 7 days later did not arrive, had to hire van following week at cost for us and their excuse was stuck at port in Bristol. into the 3rd week was given a delivery date faith lost by this point as had van on hire and had read reviews where people were experiencing the same as I was with months wait times. Phoned Peugeot in Swansea picked up van same week, they actually had one in stock. THEY WERE STILL ADVERTISING THIS VAN DEAL 2ND AND 3RD WEEK KNOWING THEY COULD NOT DELIVER! DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED STILL!!!!!
Hopefully things will improve as I have not yet had the van delivered but my experience is not great thus far ! Mid April - couldn’t decide whether to buy a new van or 2nd hand as my priority was quick delivery so I rang Vanzone and explained. Mid April - Mike from Vanzone advised that he had some Citroen Dispatch’s coming in at end of April that would be with me early May. Mid April - I asked how confident he was that early May would be achieved and he said that Citroen was one of the more reliable suppliers - I paid my deposit. End of April - I asked if they had a firmer delivery date and if not then asked what timescale I could expect. Advised that the van would land at port within two weeks. Friday 7th May - I rang to check progress and was advised that they would ring me back. A message was left on my voicemail to say that the van was ‘on the water’ and they would ring me to advise when it reached port - time for me to get excited. Monday 10th May - I rang and was told it had landed and they were just waiting for the supplier to confirm a delivery date for the end of the week and I would be contacted when it was confirmed. Tuesday 11th May - I rang as I hadn’t heard anything and was advised that the van was not due to be delivered to the UK until the end of May and I wouldn’t get it until start of June !! I queried this because of the contradictory information I’d been given previously, no real answer as to why but I would be contacted by 14th May as they were going to see if the supplier could bring the date forward. I’ve heard nothing else yet, I’ve explained to Vanzone that I only ordered a new van because of the quick delivery but I now regret it - suspect I’ve been strung along by sales team optimism!! I still want the van but I would really appreciate it if Vanzone could be truthful with me and live up to the promises that they refer to on their website about keeping me informed. Most recently I have been dealing with Claire from the admin team and whilst I am disappointed that she didn’t ring me at the end of the week as promised, I am hopeful that she will do the chasing that she promised! Here’s hoping ! Stay tuned !! 17th May - just had a phone call from Cath to advise of the reg number for my van and that has arrived at port. I am starting to warm to this Company ! 24th May - the end is in sight. It is such a shame that the communication with regard to progress has been totally driven by me. The end of every conversation that I have had with Vanzone has been them telling me that they would check and ring me back, on only two occasions has this happened as I have made contact with them the day after they were supposed to ring me back. As you will see, from the start, my priority was to get the van quickly and I was told that it would be with me at the start of May. Last Friday I was told that the earliest possible delivery date was after 1st June - so all the promises of chasing and getting the van as close as possible to my desired date turn out to be a ruse. Not sure if all similar companies are the same but if there is a lesson for Vanzone following my experience it is to make sure that they keep their customers updated with honest, factual updates and stay clear on making promises that you have no intention or ability to adhere to. I do need to purchase more vans in the not too distant future, if Vanzone had been upfront and honest then they could have secured these sales but I will be giving someone else a go ! As a final comment, the Vanzone employees seem very nice people despite the fact that they didn’t follow through on their promises. My delivery date is 4th June.

Nov 22,2021I ordered a van for our charity and got let down and couldn’t get our deposit back. Poor from start to finish. 6 months shoddy service. The customer service manager failed to call me back on more than one occasion; if the customer service manager can’t keep their word why should anyone else? All very convenient when they don’t seem to want to refund your deposit. What is the business model? Keep everyone’s deposit for as long as possible by ignoring them? They’ll probably add a comment after this review but there is no excuse or reason for such extremely poor customer service. Don’t do it, look elsewhere.
