DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY DESPITE THE OFFER OF CHEAP VANS..!!! We ordered 2 vans in September, one arrived prior to march and we had to pay an additional £740 + vat despite the price in September being agreed. Daniel informed us that the van "had to be registered prior to 1st march" however 3 hours later another member of the team told us the van could be registered later meaning a 22 plate was possible and Daniel was not in his right to tell us that. The second van we ordered has been a complete shambles and we will not be getting that now, which we have recorded under another review. One last thing to mention is that we were informed that I shouldn't have had the V5 log book sent to me, meaning I would not have owned the van outright for a duration of 9 months... Something to consider if you get tempted. PLEASE STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..!!!

Do not give this company your time. Absolutely awful service. I had to do the chasing constantly, before paying I was given a time frame of 2 weeks, 6 weeks later I was still chasing for an actual date. No clarity was provided throughout, the last call I had with this company, the lady on the phone told me she 'would let me know when she knew anything'' as you can imagine, this did not fill me with any confidence having waited a month longer than anticipated already, I simply explained I need some direction so I can sort an alternative vehicle for the meantime and can I speak with a manager who may know more. The lady said a manager will return my call, I didn't receive any contact back but within an hour and without permission they had sent my payment back. frustratingly I am 6 weeks on and no further sourcing a van, just wasted time. Ordered a Fiat Fiorino van for my son from Vanzone late Jannuary for delivery after March 1st. Everyone I've dealt with from Steve in sales to Cath in Customer Service and in particular Marie in Customer Service have been helpful, honest, polite and appear to be genuinely concerned at offering an outstanding level of service. The van was delayed by a few weeks but my son was thrilled when the van arrived at his home yesterday even with half a tankful of diesel, and a helpful driver. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and incidentally we were given an 'outstanding price'. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. I have bought many new cars over the years and rate the experience with Vanzone as outstanding.

ordered a ford transit custom in November for April delivery "22 plate" got called in jan to say good new your vans coming early in feb ask if it could be held tole march for the new plate tole would have to take it in feb so agreed called them a few time to check how it was going to get just wait to hear from suppliers called end of feb to get told your order is now back to April so called at the start of April to get told its cancelled wish I had spent the extra and just gone to ford and ordered it

Ordered October, put back 4 times then a call last month to say my van was mow allocated to me for delivery in April, phoned in April and they said manager will contact me and told me my ranger was cancelled because of Ford,I have contacted Ford and although things have changed for broker discounts that they were honouring existing orders, I complained to manager and all he done was send me a copy of my signature with the words to say that they have the right to cancel an order at any stage, so we can't but they can, even had the cheek to ask if I want to order another one ,someone probably about to be delivered mine for more money, worst company ever dealt with order at your peril.

Excellent company to deal with. I know there are supply problems and some people have had problems because of this but they had the van I bought waiting for me. The whole experience was easy. Communications were efficient, polite and accurate. N.

I have now had 3 vans cancelled by Vanzone. On the last van I was told it had been received and would be delivered at the beginning of March I’ve now been told it’s not available anymore and my deposit will be refunded. As they obviously were supplied and I wasn’t even though I signed a contract and paid the deposit. The service I have received has been nothing short of very poor.

Was having a nightmare before xmas trying to get a new van locally, Vanzone had sent me email that week & after sorting out costings, had new van delivered to my work within 6 weeks.

To me, the real gauge of a company is how they act when under pressure, I was dealing with Jamie and he kept me up to date with what was going on. The whole world was having a meltdown so it was unfair to blame these guys for the global van shortage. I found them great to deal with and will definitely use them again. Cheers gents

Steve has gone above and beyond with my recent purchase from Vanzone, he listens to the customer and advises you on the best option going forward. Communication is excellent from him and the team, they have advised me that my van will be due sometime this month. I was a little put off by some negative reviews at first but I am so happy we went with vanzone. They kept me updated and our van came on time. Now all we have to do is convert it into a camper. Looking forward to our adventures! Thanks vanzone.

Do not buy from this company! Ordered my new transit custom over 4 months ago with completed paperwork, deposit paid, contracts signed and a delivery slot for April! Just been told it’s either another 3 grand to go ahead with ordering it and to be put to the back of the build que with no build date or to cancell the order outright and have no new van! Total shambles of a company who just lie for months on end about the situation. It was only a month ago I had a call to confirm my April delivery and now they change their mind! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

How can anyone with ANY common sense - Blame Vanzone or any other dealer / supplier, for the vehicle manufacturers not being able to build the vehicles, due to a world wide microchip shortage!. & Vehicle dealers / suppliers like Vanzone are the ones losing the most money.. As they only earn when they've sold a vehicle, its been paid for in full & Delivered to the customer. I'm sure Vanzone & All other dealers & suppliers are more frustrated with lead times / delivery dates being put back, Than they're customers are.. As they're being told 1 date by the manufacturer's. Relaying that date to the customers- Then the manufacturer is changing the date & The dealer is blamed by the customer.. - Come on.. Bit of common sense.. When there was a fuel supply shortage - We didn't start blaming individual petrol stations for not being able to get fuel did we.? - No petrol stations could get fuel, but they all said they'd hopefully have some in tomorrow & Didn't..

After struggling for months to get my hands on a new van, I came across vanzone and I couldn’t be happier . Unbelievably helpful and Fantastic people to deal with, they went above and beyond to suit all my needs and the van is everything I asked for . I would like to echo the content of the 1* review from 22/11/21. I dealt with Vanzone during this failed transaction and can say that Vanzone’s response to the review was not factual. All well and good having the last word on Trustpilot and blaming global issues etc. etc. but maybe sometimes it’s better to just say sorry for the poor service you gave. If they called back we would have expected to see your number in a missed call log on one of the charity’s mobiles. We were also never offered an alternative van. How many other negative reviews have you added a nonsensical reply to? Another endearing trait of Vanzone’s.
