Apr 08,2024After move than a few dozen visits and purchases, all the staff are great to talk to and have a laugh, if you’re unsure about anything they will reassure you and help you out perfectly, I took a few friends over that wanted to get more involved with vaping they got a great hand and have recommended vaping 101 to everyone else

Apr 08,2024Fast shipping speed, good range of products etc, but the customer service is not great. I understand their policy on lack of refunds for coils and pods, but at the end of the day a company that cares about customer satisfaction would happily send you a refund or replacement for products that are faulty and don’t work. I would recommend buying in a store instead. I was surprised at first that they weren’t open to any kind of replacement or refund, as generally you would expect a company to have the goodwill to help you if they sold you a defective item, but after reading the responses to their negative reviews on here it made a lot more sense, as they seem to be highly suspicious that people are trying to scam them and get free products. I’m sure there are some like this, but it seems unfair and insulting for honest customers to get lumped into the same boat. I work in hospitality, so I understand that some customers can be rude or entitled, but the replies from the owner (?) on here are also very strange; extremely aggressive and accusing every negative review of being liars and ‘self-entitled’, as well as posting the customers’ emails to them - I’ve never seen a business do that in my life. Part of running a company like this is maintaining a civil and professional manner; if I see a company or store replies to reviews in such a hostile and egotistical way and insulting people, I won’t buy from them, because this is a very basic tenet of running a business that they are failing to meet.
