In November 2022, I attempted to make an order, and then got an email back asking me to send a picture of my debit card and Driving License... over email!? (No one has ever asked me that before, and for good reason.) I promptly told them no, and that's when the manager got really snarky with me and started making personal insults (with "Sent from my iPhone" at the bottom, how professional.) (Asking for a picture of my credit card actually violates PCI DSS requirement 4.2: "Never send unprotected PANs by end-user messaging technologies (for example, e-mail, instant messaging, chat, etc.).") He took no responsibility for the strange requirements (with no apology for the inconvenience), and then suggested I go to my bank to resolve the "fraud" error on THEIR systems. Not really sure what my bank is going to do about that. Due to the above, I asked them to delete my account (in November; this is important). The manager ignored this, so I sent another email requesting the same. Then, the same person acknowledged my GDPR request with more snark, claiming that my account had already been deleted... but I could still login? In March, I brought the case to the ICO. Then, they decided to actually delete my account. I will never use this service again. A few of my friends were going to make orders on the site, and I promptly stopped them and told them to use a much more competent competitor. --- "Love it Will, a glorious case I can display to show the type of people out there, pure unadulterated self entitlement. All you had to do was say no and buy elsewhere. A 10month campaign of crying about it is absolutely hilarious." I published this review a few months ago, so I'm not sure what this is referring to. "You went to the ICO with your complaint and they told you to pss off!!!" That language is not very nice on a public forum. It sounds like you're upset that you've been referred to the ICO. As I said in my email, if you are unhappy with the Law, I suggest you contact your MP or local representative. "I just want to make it clear though Mr William Hoskings was upset because 2 of his orders were refused for failing our fraud filters and did not take kindly to this despite us explaining that we have nothing to do with it." It's your website, and your system. If you have nothing to do with it, then I'm not sure who does. All you've done throughout this entire process is defer the blame from yourselves, first for your "anti-fraud" system, then telling me my data was deleted when it was actually not. I have emails dating back to November, wherein I encounter various staff who clearly have no background in customer service. "here is a date set for his information to be deleted in line with Shopify and the Law" My request to delete my information sent back in December (and in November) were actually ignored, and I have emails to prove this, of which I would be more than happy to provide. As you are (hopefully) aware, the GDPR dictates that information must be deleted in a timely manner, with clear communication as to when the information will be deleted. In this manner, 6 months is not a reasonable timeframe. "Mr Hoskings became abusive over this which is nothing to do with us" I would like to make it clear that I never became abusive to you or any of your staff members, despite your stirred, unprofessional demeanor towards myself. You are attempting to spin my review by, again, making false accusations and flawed reasoning to reach invalid conclusions, as you have been doing in all prior communications to this date. For posterity, (surprisingly) my account has since been deleted from Vaping101's platform. I will, of course, no longer be using the website.

The title says it all here really, a great online vape store (who are also a retail outlet, which in my experience generally makes for a better online retailer). There is a great range to choose from with competetive pricing and a good choice of delivery options, which are also reasonably priced or free depending on the order value. I would definitely recommend Vaping 101, there are a lot of poor shady retailers selling vape products online, this certainly isn't one of them!

Ordered off these robbers twice, first time no problem, second time I spent £96 and never received anything, they even told me I signed for it when I didn’t, I rang up several times and emailed them, all I got was a gobby chap on the phone giving it large, they are liars and owe me money, stay away!

After being messed around and an overall poor service by another online vape retailer, I ordered a new RTA tank from vaping101 Ordered around 8pm on Monday night, order was fulfilled before 7am the next day. No issues with delivery at all. I did have one issue getting it running running (due to my own fault), fired off an email and got a reply within an hour with help offered from Andrew, who couldn't do enough for me. Absolutely 5* service

Well educated support team with a wide variety of products, not had an issue with them but the one time I had an issue with a product (not their fault) I received a new one next day. I also enjoy reading the replies to false negative reviews :⁠-⁠)

Placed a few orders with Vaping 101 & had no problems. Last order i recieved was different! 1 pod leaked as soon as you filled it, 2 others the drip tips refused to come off, emailed them with a short video & was told "i was taking them off wrong 🤔" ive been using the same mod for weeks now so i know how to remove them lol was offerd a replacement for 1 but had to send them all back for inspection! They went straight into the recycling centre! I bought same pods from another shop & had no problems at all! Overall decent shop with fast postage but not good with problems.
